Need to add slopes and exact pictures to web page for booking reservations. Some reviews say they are level - NO. The RV spots might be, but not most of the other spots. We were on such a huge incline that we rolled when sleeping, BUT got lucky and had a spot for our large tent. Not all spots had that capability. Overall it was beautiful and peaceful. Playground and Disney movie were good touches. Vault toilets could use some cleaning and maintenance- but overall a good experience.

I have camped in wolf run for many years seems like every year things get worse the roads are terrible they are like driving in a creek bed they have a nice car for the attendant to drive around in WHEN THEY ARE HERE I have been here for three days haven't seen the attendant since I came in apparently they have cut there hours so many the money they are saving there they could patch the road I was told several years ago they were gng to put elect in all areas that never happened they had a lady a few years ago that cared Abt this place but out with the old in with the new things get worsehave to go out of the park to buy firewood BUT they don't want anyone bringing in firewood it might bring something in that would harm the environment I could go on and on but my fingers are tired

My fiancee and me and several friends had a great weekend camping here. The campsites were level and clean and we have the perfect amount of space. Only thing making this 4/5 is due to there not being bathrooms with running water, only vault toilets. Overall I had a great time at the state park and plan on coming back.

This is really more of a state park for campers and water activities. There’s only two short trails, but the Buckeye trail is nearby as well. The lakeside trail is nice, but if that’s what you’re looking for I’d go to Lake Hope instead. Overall, it’s nice and probably great for families, but a bit underwhelming for day hikes.

The park has a pretty setting but needs some work. Also needs to accept just shorter rigs in their reservation system. Sites are mostly horribly unlevel - like a dip to enter the site! Fortunately the park was not busy and we were able to change sites as the photos do not accurately depict the topography. The staff was helpful and courteous. The park was quiet. Nice location just a few miles off the interstate, but far enough away to not have traffic noise. Most sites are suitable for tents and very small campers. We wouldn't try to stay here again with our 36' fifth wheel until the park has been renovated including grading of sites.
