We initially reserved site 41, but it wasn’t level side-to-side. Thankfully, the campground was accommodating and moved us to site 42 — a much better fit. It was level enough for our needs, with a nice pad, some grass, and a shady tree that made for a pleasant overnight stay. This was just a one-night stop for us, and we didn’t interact with any staff directly. Check-in was simple: paperwork was ready in the arrival mailbox. The campground looked clean, quiet, and well maintained from what we could see. Would we return? Maybe — especially if we had a smaller rig and more time to explore the area.

Wolfie's is a great little campground. The bathhouse and restrooms were very clean. The campground is an easy drive from I-70, and it is very quiet and neatly maintained. Children will be delighted with the custom iron man and transformer statues, Big Foot, and pool. This will be our go-to campground when traveling on I-70.

Excellent small campground. Quiet and peaceful. Guests are courteous and staff was extremely helpful. Stayed in cabin 2 which was clean, AC worked great, and was close to bathhouse. Highly recommend and will be staying here again.

The campground was very nice and well kept. Unlike so many other places they put separation between campers ( as units came in they didn't line one next to other the left a few sites empty between) although sites were nice size. The road to Wolfies was narrow and a little worrisome with a low clearance sign 10.3 ahead but you turn before it. Great place will be back when traveling through again!

We had a fantastic time camping at Wolfie’s Campground! We stayed in one of their cabins, which was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. The location couldn’t have been better, just a minute away from my daughter’s softball tournament, making everything super convenient. The service was outstanding; the owners were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, even after the store had closed. We highly recommend Wolfie’s and can’t wait to come back!

We are full timers hunkering down this winter for a few months. We waited a few months in to write a honest review. We enjoy staying here very much! Very nice layout, very clean and well kept! Everything from dining out to shopping is about 8-12 min away on Maple ave. YMCA is 15 min. and there is a massive dog park, paved biking trails and "kidville" (large playground for kids of all ages) just 2 min away and several fresh water springs 30-60 min out. The playground here is massive, solid and sturdy. The laundry room is well priced, clean and plenty of machines to use. The bathrooms are very spacious, always clean and I could fit my inflatable bathtub to bath my little ones inside the shower which was a big plus in my book. The pool is not open (its winter time most are closed) and the office is currently closed due to construction on it (looking like it's gonna be a really nice store) so my review for them is n/a. the owners are very helpful, friendly and laid back. this campground is also pet friendly even to our 2 large gsds. We have a bunch of snow this winter already but everything is kept plowed and salted. They have a great mail system here which really stands out to me personally (I'm an online shopper and HATE going in-store). They have a bin for packages out front of their home office where you can pick up your stuff and can even get mail (letters) via mailboxes they put up and sort for people, Huge positive! Water here tastes good, clean and I'd imagine drinkable since there is a water treatment plant across the street though we don't drink campground water (most are horrid) so we haul fresh spring water. Prices are very reasonable! $500 per month isn't too bad for what all you are getting! I'd rate this as one of my top 5 favorites. Highly recommend!

My family and I had the pleasure of bunking in cabin 3. We are a family of 6 and felt we had plenty of room to breath. The cabin was structurally sound including bunk beds. The bathrooms were kept up and always smelt amazing! Showers were just like your showers at home. The playground was great entertainment for my older kids. There is a pool table and a few arcade games to enjoy inside the building with your washer and dryer. All together this place deserved a higher rating being its ran souly by husband and wife. Such an awesome place!
