1st privately owned campground for us, we did 2 sites. To us it was a 1st class campground. Restrooms are clean and great, we used the laundromat, again it was 1st class, it is very well maintained. I do recommend this camp ground. I feel the fee was very fair as well.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. Nice and clean, the staff are super friendly and helpful - the space size was decent and the laundry was adequate. It’s only 10 miles from the park entrance and the area visitor center is just across the street. Highly recommended the RV park and we would stay there again.

Very nice park. Convenient to national park as well as scenic highway drive. Nice clean restrooms and showers. Laundry room works well, albeit a little cramped, but it got the job done. We would stay here again.

I pitched my tent here for a couple of nights. The grounds were beautiful. The tent area includes a picnic table and a fence for privacy. There's also an electrical outlet for phone charging. Fires are not allowed but charcoal grills are available to borrow. The restrooms and laundry facility are extremely clean. The staff members are friendly and made me feel welcome. I definitely would stay here again the next time I visit Capital Reef.

Close to Capital Reef, Escalante, Boulder Mountain. Beautiful campground. Very well maintained. Gorgeous grass at each site, common areas and dog park. Many trees for shade. Beautiful view of valley, pastures and mountains. Close to town of Torrey,, restaurants and grocery. Sites and roads are compacted gravel and very level. Utilities work well. Laundry room is clean. Parallels highway 24 so you do have daytime road noise but it quiets down tremendously at night. We’ve stayed at over 100 campgrounds. This is our new favorite.

Clean, spacious sites. Laundry and showers clean. A very nice, large grassy dog park. The sites on the road are a little noisy until traffic calms down and garbage cans could be better if distributed through out campground

Nice, clean campground. It's right by the highway but it's not noisy. Good wifi signal and a nice dog park.

Very nice little campground! We stayed in one of the pull through sites for 2 nights. Huge pull through sites and the back ins looked like there was a lot of space too. Super close to Capitol Reef National Park which was perfect. We really enjoyed our weekend!

Stayed for two nights in August 2021. Initially were going to stay just one night, but loved it more and so stayed two. We couldn't stay longer! The park was very clean and extraordinarily picturesque. Very nice field of cows and bison just south across the fence! Would definitely stay there again!
