I have lived here and it is a great place to start a life or just live a nice quiet one. The landlady is great and does her best to make sure all of the property is well kept.

I have have lived here for almost four years. Its quiet for the most part and very cheap rent. It's easy to get to Pelham, Chelsea, Alabaster, or well anywhere you need to go. The hospital is only 15-20 minutes away. Also several churches and three school districts to choose from. Aside from the train and traffic it's quiet at night. Really nice and peaceful place as long as you stay away from the neighbors. Have seen people come and go and heard my fair share of drama here. So if you are quiet and work it's great, just don't come thinking people are friendly, their not. Otherwise water, garbage, and lawn care are included in the rent so it's even more affordable. The maintenance guy is on site so if you have a problem it's handled quick. The land lord is a sweet but sassy elder lady who knows the business well. She is great to talk to and very understanding, she really makes living here great. Wooddale is wonderful.
