My husband and I moved to Show Low, in May 2025. We own a park model home, and are so very happy living in Woodfield that we ordered a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home to be built here in this park. The homes are very well constructed and we really enjoy living here. Most importantly, we love the friendships and activities that we have come to enjoy here in Woodfield. The residents are friendly and very active, and management is top-notch. We are relaxed and content, and would love to recommend Woodfield to our friends and neighbors, and to anyone who would love to enjoy a comfortable way to live. We are switching from being seasonal residents to becoming year-round homeowners in this park, which is proof that life is good, here in Woodfield.

My wife and I are finishing up our first season at Woodfield and are very glad we made the choiceof this community. It is a very active 55+ community that we enjoy very much. The location is exceptional, nested in the pines. kind of makes you feel like you are in the forest instead of the city. The staff here are wonderful and responsive to the needs of their residents. They are more like friends than employees. Speaking of friends, we have made several in the time here. The sense of community is very strong. There is a daily list of activities so you can take your pick of what you want to do. You can be very active or you can become a porch person, it's up to you. We will be leaving until next year very soon. I cannot wait to come back.

This is a Park Model and RV park so there are no 'rooms' but the Community is Resident activity driven. We are 'porch people'. We sit outside as much as possible and visit with our neighbors. There are a multitude of daily activities that Residents and RV visitors can join. We enjoy the mountain weather and are welcoming to all who visit or come to investigate our unique Park Model homes. If you want to escape the summer heat in the Valley, Woodfield is a great option!

Woodfield is a very enjoyable community. We purchased a park model and enjoyed meeting lots of great people. Chris and his staff are excellent. The community is well maintained with attention to detail. Woodfield’s location is close to shopping, medical services and lots of beautiful scenery. Located in the wonderful, cool Ponderosa Pines, Woodfield awaits. This over 55 community is kept very clean with the most adorable park models. We have been coming to Woodfield and escaping the heat of the Phoenix valley for the last three years. The area of Show Low has a lot to offer and the Woodfield community is a fun place to reside. We have enjoyed the many social activities like arts & crafts, cards, stretch /dance, golf, and potlucks. Such a great way to meet new people and form lasting friendships. Woodfield is a friendly little gem in the pines!

We love coming to the white mountains during the summer. We're in our 6th year here. Woodfield is a great community with wonderful people. Chris and his team are very responsive to any issues and fully support the activities in the park. Park model living sure beats pulling a trailer.

We first vacationed here at Woodfield in our RV for 3 years. We met new friends and enjoyed the friendly small town atmosphere of Woodfield. We finally purchased a home in Woodfield last year and love the cool breezes, can ountry environment and friendliness of this 55 + Community.

Woodfield is adorable. It might be the White Mountains' best kept secret!! We love the local hiking and paddling Show Low Lake (4 min away). If you're lucky, you can snag an RV reservation. If you're SUPER lucky, you can buy one of their beautiful, modern Park Model Homes as a vacation home. The porches are huge!! Love all the events clubs and activities too. Everyone we've met is very friendly and welcoming!

The place is clean and the people are very friendly. Unfortunately, the RV spots are frustrating. They are narrow and the electrical panel to connect to is a distance away. We had to move to another spot because our cable could not reach. The area seems to accommodate RV's while they continue selling lots and building cute small homes. There is no common amenities such as bath/shower or dog run/play area.

Woodfield is a great place to stay the summer season or just for a few nights. Everyone is friendly from the residents to the staff. It is definitely a home away from home.

If you like to sleep in the mornings past 530am, don't move in here. Trucks and garbage pickup at 530am. Not such a relaxing place to live. Very noisy!!!!!

We stopped in for a 2 day visit in late May, 2021. Beautiful setting in the trees with particular attention by the park management to maintaining the flora and the fauna. We quickly decided to stay for the summer and we ordered a Park Model and selected a future site for the coming years. Absolutely love the place.
