To be clear, it's a 4.5 rating. Really nice staff, more than reasonable accommodation and lots to see and do here. Loved playing pickleball, hitting the Disc Golf course, and even enjoyed getting laundry done because they have a PC to research other campgrounds while we waited on clothes. General store, hardware store, pools, putt-putt, lots of trails, and a ton of comfort stations makes this a pretty self-contained little town. We never left the grounds for anything. Well, technically the hardware store is via a gate but still possible on the grounds...not positive on that one. However, you get my point. Go, camp and relax. Everything you need is in the resort and it's massive. Tried to tour it on ebike one day, by car another day and maybe saw two thirds of it. Definitely on our list to return.

I just bought property out here in Woodhaven Lakes. So far, it has not disappointed me. There is always something to do or do nothing and enjoy the views. All the employees have been so friendly. 💜😄🍻

Woodhaven Lakes shines as a multi‑generational retreat offering robust amenities and a strong community ambiance. Ideal for families, fishing enthusiasts, and outdoor lovers, it blends active recreation (like trails, sports, boating, crafts) with relaxing options (beach, peaceful wildlife, social events). If you’re seeking a private community retreat and are open to membership ownership, Woodhaven delivers a well‑rounded, family‑friendly getaway.

Extremely well kept and heavy guarded area to spend some time on your own little piece of earth. Really nice and pleasant when not crowded. However it is great anytime when you are with your favorite crowd.

We've had our lot for over 20 years and within the last maybe 7 years we have not been there because I had family issues going on .So we went up the other day and I was not very happy to see what I saw they allowed golf carts which I voted against . Behind our lot is a common area so someone is driving a shortcut through our lot from the common area to the street in front of our lot . I'm not very happy with that either. It used to be people respected each other's lots. The group of people buying lots are different breed , no respect . It makes me wonder if I should keep my lot or just sell it, that's how upset I am. Of course I reported it to security they asked me if I have proof ,no I don't !! All I have is the tire tread marks on my lot it's obvious you could see where they've been driving through it.

I went here for a job to build a deck. I typically work on residential homes so this was new for me to work in work in a campground. There are a lot of beautiful deer in this park. Everyone that I came across was very laid back and friendly. There are at least 2 swimming pools, a rec center and a miniature golf course that looks pretty cool. It was a good experience working there, however I have to say that some of the areas in the park and some of the campsites could really use some upkeep.

And I'm here again tonight! Beautiful weather nice campfire grilling my food. With wonderful friends. There is main event this weekend so I can't wait to go to the open market. It's fun it's enjoyable and I love WH Lakes! They are celebrating their 50 years. We've only been here 11 but we love it so much come out and take a tour.
