My in-laws live here. As manufactured home parks go, this one is generally run VERY well. Decent place.

Living in this park is the next best thing to owning a house, I have a garage, a shed and a fenced yard for my dog, our neighbors are awesome and quiet, my only issue with wood haven since it’s been under new management, it feels like the parks maintenance could be a lot better, I see houses missing siding and severally in need of cleaning, skirting falling off and general maintenance, I see siding smashed on garages and missing pieces, just wish manegement would start getting down on people to keep up the general appearance of this park.

We moved into Woodhaven at the beginning of the year and we have been very please at how helpful and friendly the Management and Maintenance team have been. Very quick at getting things done, clearing snow right away and always a happy group. We are so glad to have our new home here at Woodhaven!

Relaxing place to stay with decent neighbors and a decent community, Boring activities, The park manager doesn’t really take care/Responsibility with the park, snow plows are relatively good, adding salt and wiping out the slush out of the roads, lots of older kids roaming around the park doing suspicious activity. Out of all the rating’s I gave. This park is probably a decent place to stay if you can’t find anywhere else to live.
