I love living here. In the country, yet close to everything. Clean, quiet and peaceful. Trees everywhere, so the temperature is even cooler out here than in town. Curbside trash pickup, clean water, nice neighbors. Very close to historic walking trails and sites. Management is great. During our first ever, week long snow/freeze over, they worked very hard to help keep the water going, when the pumps froze.That was a lot of work. They will always get my respect.

My husband and I are moving to Texas to retire and be close to our daughter. I spent one entire afternoon looking at mobile home parks and calling the different managers. Then, I found Annette! I could tell from our first conversation that Woodhaven was where I wanted to be. My daughter went out and met Annette and looked at the beautiful park, and she is so excited! Annette has been so helpful - we have had multiple phone conversations, and I can't wait to meet her and be a part of this lovely community! (I live in a mobile home park in another state, and while there are those that don't like all the park rules - no parking on the street, no dogs running loose, etc. - these rules keep the park a safe, happy place to live). Can't wait to get to Texas!
