Considering buying a modular home in this park until I saw the $900/mo rent for just a lot. This is borderline criminal and insane that anyone would pay that much for a plot of land. The modular home itself is cheaper per month than the lot. And doing business with greedy land owners just simply isn't worth it. Ya'll should be ashamed of yourselves. Disgusting.

This was a wonderful place to live while I was there. It has a country feel and it’s clean. Annette is excellent and very knowledgeable. She helped me out alot and went above and beyond way more than she had to. The neighbors are also great.

Annette is wonderful. She runs the park amd goes above and beyond for her residents. This park has a country feel with city accessibility. It is quiet and most of the neighbors are great. They are in the process of adding a fitness center, new roads, and a pool which will make it even better.
