Our family has had trailer at this park for a few seasons now, pool and playground has been great for our two young daughters. Residents have been very friendly and welcoming and being this close to the beach is a big plus!

New manager's are significantly better than predecessor. Ownership is very intransigent and aloof. Some of the permanent residents think they run the park and should be making the rules. I have left this park with a sour taste and would not recommend it to anyone.

This place used to be an absolutely amazing park. The permanent residence and their guests have been nothing but wonderful, however the new manager has been nothing but unreasonable to permanent residents. Until staff changes occur, please avoid the park so the ownership has no choice but to replace them.

The best family camp ground. Kids can play safe and no worries. Nice play ground and big pool. Everyone is friendly. Managers are new for 2021 and not good. Like other post has said very creepy, hopefully gone soon for the sake of the park. Also talked with upper management about issues and its apparent its all about the money now and nothing else we have left the park!!!

Beautiful place but the new managers are creepy and very rude, I think after this season when he is no longer here things will go back to normal. He needs to be removed from this park asap.
