The Woodland Park Campground is situated right on the coast of Lake Superior. We stayed in a Premium Campsite and the views from the premium sites were absolutely spectacular! We had sunsets that were breathtaking as color splashed across the western sky! Fresh air and the beauty of nature are a daily part of this campground! We will be back and I highly recommend anyone with a love of the Great Lakes and all the wonders and beauty it affords to try this campground! Large sites but they do not have sewer hookup. Just a minor inconvenience to me.

This place had nice views from the public benches and beach access. The tent sites were ok. Mostly dirt. There was a large street light near the field that reaches that area. Also there was a big mean rooster that lived near the tent sites. Up at first light crowing away. Also was not scared of our dog. Bath rooms and showers were nice. We prefer a little more in the woods tho.

Very nice campground offering views of Lake Superior. Sites are extremely close to each other. It’s nice but definitely needs maintained better. Boathouse has 5 showers. 3 showers with out of order signs. One of the working showers had no light. Site we booked the fire pit was full to the top with ashes. We had to empty it in order to have a fire. Overall experience was ok. Would stay again. But they definitely need to maintain things better. No reason for showers to not work with the money this place makes being constantly full.

Stayed in the Primitive sites. Close to the bathrooms/showers and playground. It's has a lot of Electrical water sites available as well. Nice little playground. The bathrooms and showers are very clean and nice. This campground has become one of our favorites spits to stay. Close to the beach. A little walk and your at the steps leading to the beach. Dog friendly.

Very cool Campground! My husband and I stopped on our honeymoon! It had live music in the pavilion for summer events, very nice bathrooms and showers, access to lake Superior Beach, walking distance to the center of town, and is right next to the east end of Pictures Rocks National Lakeshore! Looks very family friendly!
