Read the entire thing. Honestly, I love this park. Been coming here for 23 years and have pretty much loved every second of it. But now that I’m driving up separately from my parents (college schedule = chaos), I’ve noticed something… the front office staff might be the grumpiest bunch I’ve ever met. Not sure where they find these gatekeepers, but I swear it’s like they recruited the cast of Grumpy Old Men. First thing I got yelled at for? Having my orange sticker on the driver’s side of my car. Apparently, it “has” to be on the passenger side. News to me, because when I checked in, nobody mentioned it. I guess mind-reading is part of the entry fee. Speaking of fees, that’s another adventure. When I arrived, the lady at the desk told me it’d be $105 to stay the week (off-season in September, mind you). A little steep, right? So I double-checked my math from the website—came out to about $50. I brought that up (politely!), and she hit me with the classic: “I’ve been working here 20 years and it’s never been that cheap.” Long story short… it was. I was right. She was not thrilled about it. Anyway, rant over. The park itself? Gorgeous. Close to the beach, great atmosphere, worth visiting. But fair warning: the staff act like they’re allergic to customer service. Hope this helps. Judging by other reviews, I’m not the only one who’s noticed.

First time here and we will definitely be back in the future, the park is very clean and all of the roads are paved. The indoor pool and hot tub are very clean and well maintained, there are times for families and times for adults to swim. Speed limit in the park is 15km/h but it seems 90% of the residence and visitors don't know what that is. The sites are very level and large cement pads everywhere, the park is a 5 min walk to the main strip for sauble beach. We rode our bikes everywhere and walked to the beach to save the $25-$30 parking fees . If you are a city dweller like us bring bottled water as part of your necessities, Sauble beach is all well water including the park . It has a certain smell and taste that we couldn't get used too but it's safe to drink. The grocery store is a 2 min car ride from the park entrance if you forgot something. This park is in the perfect location for everything you need for food or drinks or deserts and entertainment.

Well maintained, good sized sites, fair rules, prompt assistance when required. Good activities and places for recreation, laundry facilities and washrooms! Love it!

So I gave two stars because even tho the place is beautiful and the trailer sites. Amazing , Our friends were camping with us and had a tent site. For the price you pay for camping to be charged for a shower is absolutely ridiculous and not to be warned prior to arriving. This was unfortunate because for this reason alone, I would give it one star. The raccoons are also really bad on the tent side, just a heads up

camp was good very clean only given one star becasue they charged cash 20 dollars for gate key. No body told that if you leave early hrs there will be not body to take that key back and you loose your twenty dollors There office opens at 9 am so if you want your 20 dollars back you have to wait till 9 am till they open their office I gave them a option if i mail your key will you put that 20 dollars on my card back she refused to do that Also at check in girl at the counter was not very happy becasue i did not do the on line check in She said if i would have been done on line check in that will save their time So make sure do the online otherwise you have to also listen this

This is a quality park. Very clean and well maintained. There are sites specifically for trailer and tents alike. That said, it is very money oriented where showers were pay per 5 minute usage. Additionally the rules in the park were very reasonable - with the exception of no noise after 10pm. With family and friends enjoying themselves and children running around a staff member who later identified himself as the owner came over and said to return to the camp site and no noise. It being only 930pm I found it odd that it was quiet time. I understand the need to run a tight ship, I found this a little excessive. Just my experience. It is worth checking out. #localguides

This past week was our second time to Woodlands. This is a great family park! Perfect for any age. My 3.5 year old loves the parks, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. The park is kept up so nicely, and other campers have been so friendly. We have booked for 4 weeks next year.
