It doesn't even have a sign that can be seen from the road and it was pretty run down and dirty looking

Quiet little country setting. Just on the outer limits of the city. It does have a view over looking Bowling Green. I have owned a mobile home there for more than 10 years and the park owner's are great people. The park has come a long way and improved with Dane Builders as the owner's!
