Bad experience single mother of 4 children two of my children have autism and we were placed next too the manager friends who constantly cause us problems if my kids are outside with me playing my children could be playing in the sprinklers and we get written up for that the manager friends comes outside talks a bunch bs makes lies ups starts problems and constantly attacks us i am paying monthly to use the showers and we are unable to use them because this park is constantly changing the bathroom code with out warning or any notification they have also rented to some people temporarily that I happen to know since I was 18 and because those people know me and walked over to say hi I got written up for that this place will pick and choose who there gonna target also I had bought a trailer in there park and was lied to about all the problems that is wrong with it my son is high spectrum with ADHD and he had a melt down when my mother was watching him and the manger friends decided to call the cops and lie say that my children were left alone that also was not true they refused to move me to a new space also some one in the trailer park wanted to help me with a better travel trailer but because the owner had an issue about it he made sure that offer was turned down i am looking forward to get out of this park and of course after leaving this review im sure there will be comments of this not to be true but if you do choose to leave here good luck because these people have zero respect and will also try to tell you who you can talk to and cant

The manager ran me down to let me know I was driving too fast. It's hard to do 5 miles an hour in a stick shift. I was only going about 7 mph. Apparently 7 mph is too fast. I think she was just being nosey. The park itself was nice though. Right on the water.

Very pretty view of the river lots of trees. . very nice park. Only bad thing is it floods from the high water level from the river when it rains too long.

Had some major issues with the manager Pam my first week staying…was able to get with the owner Richard to discuss the mistreatment from his staff. He quickly responded and had me feeling 100% better. He handled the situation perfectly and made it to where I never had to deal with Pam. Lots of full timers but being on the river is a huge plus! The full sized kitchen was a life saver for me as someone who loves to cook!

Restroom was huge and so clean. We set up right on the riverbank. Watched blue herons and other fishermen for hours. Incredibly easy to go hiking @ Black Butte Lake and the Upper Bidwell Park. Staff was amazing! Loaning tools, helping figure out the laundry, and providing free lemons and oranges from their trees. December may be a slower time, but it was the best time for us! Definitely coming back!
