Quiet and peaceful campground. Staff is friendly and helpful, grounds crew was considerate when mowing. Sites are skinny, but they never placed anyone right next to eachother so you pretty much had 2 sites. Dog park, pool and 2 hot tubs. Ponds and trees make it really nice to enjoy, concrete pads at most sites. Water pressure was a little low but not aweful. Great place to stay

We stayed in a pull through full hookup RV site with our 5th wheel trailer for one week and enjoyed every day there. It is pet friendly and very clean. One of the employees there, Johnny, was very helpful to us as we tried to get to know the area. We stayed for the Sea Fair so it was convenient to get there and to other numerous activities. We plan to make another trip to Woody Acres one day, possibly for the nearby Hummingbird Festival!

I've been living in the park with my wife and kids for nearly three years, and I have to say, it’s really become a wonderful place for our family. It’s super kid-friendly, and my children love being able to play with other kids – it’s such a nice community vibe. The park is peaceful and quiet, which we really appreciate. The staff truly go above and beyond to keep everything safe and inviting for everyone. And I’ve gotta give a special shout-out to Cyndy, Ruthie, and Hailey – they’re always so kind and take the time to make us feel truly welcomed.

I had such a wonderful time staying at Woody Acres this winter! It’s truly a fantastic park filled with great people and fun activities. Plus, it’s so close to town that you’re never far from anything you need! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better park in the Rockport/Fulton area. Cyndy, along with her lovely staff members Ruthie and Hailey, are doing an awesome job keeping everything updated and making everyone feel right at home.

We have spent the last 3 winters at Woody Acres. We love it! The people are friendly and the activities and meals are wonderful. It is a clean park with a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a fitness room & a pool hall. The clubhouse has lots of different activities. The office staff are friendly and always helpful. It is a wonderful place to spend your vacation, or a whole season!! And it is only 1 mile from the Fulton pier and the bay!

I would not stay at Woodys Acres. I have not stayed there yet, however, I have tried multiple times to contact them about their resort to no avail. I have been hung up on, left a message, no reply, tried contacting by email 4 times, with no answer. If I were someone else looking for a resort to stay at do consider other resort other than Woodys Acres because your treatment at Woody would be non existing. Please note that I did gave them a single star because even though they do NOT deserve even one.

The Wi Fi is NOT WORKING at all. The signal is strong, but the password they give you is wrong. It looks like they don't want to share it with traverlers. The rest is perfect.

People real nice. The grounds well kept. Alot of road to walk your dog. Alot of dog lovers. Thank God no Pit dogs.
