Awesome RV campground right on the lake. They have a small convenience store, pool, washrooms with showers ($1 for 6 min), laundry and boat/SUP rentals. My only complaint is the sites are very small so you are visiting with your neighbours if you want to sit out. Luckily my neighbour's were great! The KVR Trail passes through the property too so great to walk your dog or bike.

We just returned from our stay at Wright’s Beach in Penticton, and I have to say we are incredibly disappointed. This was our second year renting a trailer right on the beach — the location is truly unbeatable for families with young kids. But unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The trailer we were given was in absolutely appalling condition. It was filthy when we arrived: cobwebs everywhere, vents and filters so clogged they were black, and a bathroom and kitchen that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The cupboards and table were peeling, the furniture was falling apart, and the pullout bed was basically just thin fabric over exposed springs — completely unacceptable for what we paid. We arrived late to find only teenagers working the front desk, who were utterly unhelpful. Left with no options, I went to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies and spent hours scrubbing the trailer myself. Even after that, it still felt gross. The problems didn’t stop there. The WiFi never worked despite asking about it every single day, and since we’re Telus customers, our cell service was also terrible — leaving us completely disconnected. The main shower and laundry facilities were in similar shape: dirty, worn down, and clearly not cleaned regularly (the same bar of soap was stuck to the shower wall for days). Staffing seemed chaotic, with different people at the desk daily who either didn’t know what they were doing or simply didn’t care. At one point, we stood waiting 13 minutes to pay for ice cream while three staff members sat behind the counter chatting amongst themselves. The only redeeming part of our stay was renting a boat, thanks to the one friendly and professional gentleman running that service. Sadly, we will not be returning or recommending Wright’s Beach to anyone. It’s a shame because this could be an amazing family destination if they bothered to maintain their facilities and train their staff to provide even basic customer service. I’ve included photos to show just how bad the conditions were — hopefully management takes this feedback seriously before more guests waste their money and vacation time.

Great location with a number of choice RV spots right on the shore of Skaha Lake. Facilities are getting tired and could use updating but there is a lot of onsite amenities from light convenience store in office. A food truck with Southeast Asian food. Ice cream (scooping). Kids playground. Propane tank exchange. The property is stepped with many spots having a nice view of the lake.
