We’ve found this RV park to be generally clean, and the pool is fine for a quick dip—nothing fancy, but serviceable. The biggest downside is how dark the park gets at night; the lighting is sparse, which doesn’t feel great for evening walks or late arrivals. Site numbering and signage also need attention—spaces aren’t clearly marked, and packages keep getting sent to the wrong spots (my friend who lives here has had repeated delivery issues). For the time being, this park will do, but stronger lighting and clearer site markers would significantly improve the experience.

I've been a resident here for over a year, and I have to say, this place has truly exceeded my expectations. My initial plan was to stay for a shorter time, but the kind and respectful way I've been treated, along with the well-kept and safe environment, has made me feel right at home. I have also never had a single bug issue, which is incredibly important to me. Everyone I have spoken with—including Denver, Alexandria, Joseph, Connie, Mark, and more—has always been prompt and caring. They handle any minor interruptions for things like pool or water maintenance (a normal part of life) with transparency and efficiency. The fair rates have also been a great help in managing my finances. Back when I moved in, they gave me the place super clean and already nice and cool for move-in day, which was very much appreciated! My little home is cute and comfortable. I highly recommend this park to anyone looking for a great affordable place to live.

If I could give a zero star I would... THEY DONT TAKE OLDER RV/MOTORHOMES and had my elderly father whom has health issues and needs meds refrigerated, they knew about this before we moved in and they also knew exactly what the coach looked like because they required pictures.... They approved it, but all of a sudden 2months later and the hottest days so far coming up, we were told; "Please be advised that this decision stems from observations regarding the aesthetic standards of the property, specifically concerning the presence of your RV the presence of your RV." We Asked for clarification and was given run around and no answer. They don't warn you or tell you of any issues with your unit, they just give u a 10day non renewal notice. They shouldn't have sent us a statement for July Rent either like get it together! Really professional too Mar management company! ((Me being sarcastic)) 0 stars Bathrooms were rarely clean, and pool hours not great, very quiet community tho and was very peaceful, until 10notice was given.

So far I've had a great move in experience and feel very welcome. The laundry and showers are open late which is great for my schedule. I look forward to using the pool and pickleball court!

Denver has done several minor repairs since I moved in and has been great with service each time. He is communicative and friendly. I appreciate the parks ability to get things done quickly and effectively. Denver does his job well and makes it easy to get these things done. Thank you guys for your help.

I visited because I wanted to reserve and could not get anyone to answer the phone. It looks nothing like the pictures. Very run down and not attended to. According to neighbors noone ever in the office and never answers. Someone called me back the next day but I totally ignored it.

Very satisfied with the response time and friendliness of the service team. My service issues were minor. Everything works as it should, the place was extremely clean when I moved in and more storage space than I expected. And of course the in unit washer and dry is a huge plus.

Plenty of room for an RV. Large concrete slab and plenty of parking space. Quiet and peaceful park. Been here a month. The rent is reasonable.

Great place to live. I've been here going on 2.5 years and have no complaints. It is very peaceful! Management is always nice. Staff is great! Brandy is always so nice and helpful!!! I Feel safe here. And love how peaceful it is.
