Motor home park alongside Lake Eufaula $$. Restaurant within walking distance next to the lake. Quaint little town nearby. Short drive to Carlton Landing (lovely residential homes near lake).

We reserved a 4 bedroom townhouse for 4 adult couples which we were assured would be adequate. What we found was one very large bedroom, two adequate although small bedrooms, and one completely inadequate bedroom with a bed big enough for a child and a room that wasn't much bigger. This should be advertised or at the very least the renter should be warned when specifically asking about the space. The townhouse itself was beautiful and nicely decorated but the kitchen supplies were lacking. Utensils small in number and size. Closets in the smaller bedrooms had no rods or hangars. Despite these things we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, general store and liquor store, and the lake. Would stay there again but in one of the 2 bedroom townhouses.

Love this place very friendly atmosphere very friendly people didn't make one rude person everyone was so friendly there the toys are fun to swim on they have indoor outdoor pools very clean great for a good summer dip

We have stayed T the RV Park 4 times, but we are done. The rates are high for an overnight/weekend stay at their resort. Although the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the facilities were disappointing. We have tried several of their pads which are paved but none are even close to being level, either side to side a or front to back. We have a Class A motorhome and had to put 4 blocks high on one front tire and 6 on the other. The swimming pool was full of debris. Although they don't "allow" kids driving carts on the premises, there were 3 different instances of it happening. After 3 years of complaining they have finally upgraded their WiFi which was the only redeeming grace. We will be finding another resort to spend our money.

Very nice resort. Very clean, 2 swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), very clean bathhouse, friendly staff and excellent location. The only issue is, the owner won't fix the gate which means anyone can (and they absolutely do) drive thru the park all hours of the night. We stayed over the 4th and multiple golf carts, lawn chairs, ski equipment and gas cans were stolen. We were woken by kid "just driving around" at 330 in the morning. They also opened the pools to the general public during the holiday which really sucked. We paid good prices for the accommodations!

New rate change May 2025 to $275 a night is not obtainable for my family. Have been coming here 4 times a year with family and friends since 2019. I will surely miss coming to enjoy downtown Eufaula and lake life as this was my #1 rv park.

We just wrapped up a fun filled weekend at Xtreme RV and Resorts. The service was excellent, Brandi at the front desk helped us find our cabin and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The marina is clean and the Tumbleweed Steakhouse is worth a visit for sure! The X shaped pool was fun and Jellystone park was great. We will be back soon!

We booked this place last minute over the phone during a rainstorm and were happy to find a place with affordable concrete spots so we didn’t have to hook up the trailer in the mud. The hookups were easy to use as well. It had a nice view of the lake and the kids loved the playground. There’s some convenient shops and restaurants you can walk to as well which is nice after a long day of driving. The staff was friendly. Definitely thinking about coming back for a longer stay.

Our iteniary let us stay only one night. Xtreme RV ranks at the very top of our to do again list. The place sits on the Banks of Eufaula Lake with striking views of Marinas and landscape. with beautiful

Beautiful campground right on lake Eufaula. We are here attending the Xtreme Bluegrass festival. Indoor/outdoor pools and plenty of kids stuff-playground,basketball etc. Super nice bath house and laundry facilities. Camp store is nice too. We will visit again. Not many sites with shade (70-75 I think) but the sites are oriented so awnings face the sun in the morning so plenty of shade in the afternoon.

I have heard alot great stories about the Xtreme RV Park and not only that Two Super Awesome Pools that they have there as well too . One is a inside pool and other one is outside. But everybody always will have a great time there.. Thank you...

What a gem we found due to last minute change in plans!?! We just spend the weekend here and were pleasantly surprised. The sites are large and level. The pools (indoor and outdoor) were awesome! It's in a great location overlooking Lake Eufaula. Most importantly the staff were some of the friendliest we have encountered during all of our RV travel (and non-RV travel). We definitely plan to stay here again! The only negative (which is not anything they can help) is its proximity to the train tracks, as they are close and loud. So keep the fan on in your RV and it helps drown out that noise!
