We were down there for two years. At first, all was good. After a year water pressure and quality declined. Not soon after the water looked like it was coming from the pond from out back. Consequently I've had an ear infection for a year. And yes we changed water filter monthly. Swap it out, green algae came out. Then there is owners preferences for Canadians over US citizens. Before you could park extra vehicle in overflow spaces. Month before we left, had to pay for offsite parking. My wife worked for Publix and I worked for Pinellas county housing authority. Avoid this RV Park. Ain't worth it.

One of the best run parks in Largo. Beautiful spot, the staff keep the grounds spotless and pretty. Nestled in a nice treed area. A must visit.

Nice place. Ladies in the office are very kind. Very clean, laundry, pool, and jacuzzi. Love that jacuzzi is open 24/7. Very friendly guests/owners. More park models than rv's. Very well kept. The flowers and gardens or spectacular! The only reason I gave fir stars is that the spot was very hard to get into.

My 4th summer here as a permanent resident. Excellent facilities, extremely well maintained. Comparably inexpensive for the area. Can see that most of the residents take pride in their places. Maintenance Director, Kenny, keeps it all going.

Beautiful property! Clean, well appointed and professionally run this gem is close to the beaches and a short hop to Tampa. Reasonable rates and the ability to accommodate RVs of any size. They also have park model homes in a friendly, over 55 community. Heated pool, shuffleboard along with Spacious, level sites and blessedly, no speed bumps! It has a lovely feel of Old Florida! One word for dog owners: there is a separate area for those who have dogs and a stated limit of 15 pounds for a dog. It's unknown if they make exceptions but you might call to find out...

This place has the most ridiculous RV policy I've ever heard of! They have a 16 year old limit on all rigs, regardless of condition. There are a lot of us that own Classic Airstream and other brand RV's that spent over $100k in restoration and customizations that are in much better condition than 99% of the rigs that stay here, but they are not allowed because they are "too old" What's next... a "'Sorry, you are too old of a person to stay here" policy? And when they say "a lot of other parks have the same rule" this is NOT TRUE! In 20+ years of traveling with RV's, many of them Custom/Classics, this is the ONLY park that refuses to make any exceptions. Steer clear of this place if you own a Classic Airstream or any other Classic RV.

Nice park. Lovely people. Everyone seems nice to everyone.

Well kept park, sites are tight but that's kind of par for the course.

Place is well maintained. Kenny, that runs maintenance is great. Too much drama, I had a miserable old neighbor that was concerned where my little 9 lb. dog pees, even though I lived in (and paid extra) the dog section, even had the owner’s daughter call me, which made zero sense. Some other work campers think they own the place. So happy to have escaped that place!

We run a 45'Motorhome, unless you are experienced to the nth degree don't try it. With 34' or so, probably OK. TIGHT STREETS AND CORNERS. Two way streets with one way width. Very nice newer spots.
