1. Bad communication-only communicated with when owner deems it necessary. 2. Still no pool, lazy river, or fire pit which was mentioned last fall and hoped to be in by July 2021. Its Oct 2021 and still no movement on a pool, lazy river, splash pad or fire pit. Playground was recently set up and was a dirt pile underneath it for months with tools and left over supplies laying around, not safe for kids. 3. Community room is not a storm shelter as previously advertised and is rarely open at the times it states it will be. Locked at most times. 4. Never got a fee but heard of fees that neighbors got. 5. Weeds are out of control, was going to be taken care of but he never did. My parking pad was a weed patch. Owner recently said he did make the mistake of not following through on weed control. Lawn is renters responsibility but when we tried to grow grass and keep a sprinkler down with a timer the manager would always move the sprinkler and never put it back. Resulting in the underbelly of our neighbors camper to get sprayed during the week and not the grass/seed. 6. Wifi is advertised as fast and free. Wifi is pretty much non existent. 7. Never contacted owner at all hours of the night. 8. Owner offered new contracts to campers, I'm guessing many didn't reply, so he sent email again saying a lot of people didn't get the first one. We did not renew on our own account, not because we were supposedly kicked out for not following the rules. 9. I know owner will reply to this and say he couldn't answer his phone at all hours of the night or that we didn't follow rules, yet he has no proof that we tried to contact at all hours of the night, or provide any rules that we broke. 10. I have never heard of an owner being so unaccountable for his own actions on these reviews. Not something future campers would want to see either. Take ownership and fix the wrong or you may have trouble keeping future campers if this type of management continues. Or a simple, I'm sorry- I wasn't the best I should of been, from the owner could go a long way.

Update: Its been 2 days, Owner has commented on many reviews but will not follow up on responses. Notice each response from owner, he claims he didn't renew contracts which is straight up not true. Each of these people leaving reviews were offered a contract for the following year which they declined. See YELP for more candid reviews. Response to owner: What rules did I not follow? You asked me as recently as October if I was coming back. Don’t play me like you did these other people, you didn’t chose to cancel my contract I left. Judging by some of these comments I have been seeing I am not alone. Good day sir. Difficult Management. Many people have problems with this difficult owner. Pool was promised for this summer and never happened. WiFi was advertised but rarely worked.

Camp at own risk. This was the worst camping experience that we have ever had due to the owner. The other campers were very friendly and nice. However you will be fined, harassed, and promised things that never come from the owner. We were only there a few times this summer because of how bad the experience has been. Be warry before signing up with this place.

Park is kept very nice, large sites with plenty of room for games and decks. The owner hosts several fun events that is fun for kids and adults.
