This is a construction site. No amenities. Nothing. No rubbish bins. Other campers left there rubbish on the ground it was still there two days later. I had to ask the worker to move his vehicle before I could enter..... I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Very poor. Just be honest!! The add is deceptive and misleading.

The RV park is under construction. I would call it boondocking with hookups. When we called to see what spot we were in the owner I assume gave us the option of picking our spot (we were the only ones there) and gave us free WiFi (they charge extra for that). There were no dumpsters for our trash and we listened to construction during the day. The amount chatted I have no problem paying for a complete and established park
