We stayed 3 days at Yellowstone Holiday in late September, 2025. The location was perfect as we were looking for a place to camp that was outside West Yellowstone and quieter, with less tourist traffic. Lake Hebgen and Yellowstone Holiday were just perfect. Quiet, beautiful, the RV sites were plenty big, with room for our long trailer and truck, with grass, trees. Just perfect. The staff was extremely helpful with all the questions we had re; touring Yellowstone park. We will definitely return!

I'd rather keep others from staying here, because it's a gem! The Bear Essentials cabin was way more posh and clean than I expected. I was prepared for drafty windows, spider webs in corners, dusty floors, worn matresses, you know, something rustic, like church camp cabins. Very clean, comfortable and warm. I chose not to use the heater even in the chilly nights cuz my sleeping bag and wool blanket were enough. Bathrooms were very clean, well maintained, and showers like you are in someone's house. Location, location, location. You wake up to the lake, maybe the playful otter by the boat dock, and make your breakfast on the picnic table. They've got fire pits, grate grills, a nicely stocked camp store, I think there was a sand volleyball court. I highly recommend the horseback ride and cowboy cookout (get the steak!) at Parade Rest Guest Ranch 5 miles east. Best meal of my time in Yellowstone, way better than the pricey "stew meat" buffet dinner the Old Faithful Inn bills as "prime rib." Do visit the Earthquake Lake visitor center even if closed. Trail exhibits tell the story. Want something more comfortable than a tent and don't mind walking to the restrooms? This is a great value for the money!

We camped in our RV and loved it! Quiet, beautiful CG, helpful friendly staff, gave us great suggestions on things to do in the area that were spot on. Wonderful laundry, clean bathrooms and showers. The lake is so pretty! Quick drive to West Yellowstone entrance, and a nice town.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME! This is my first google review 😂 so you can tell we had an amazing time here. If I could give them a million stars , I would!! The staff here were incredible and so kind!! There was a staff member driving around the campground with a golf cart pretty frequent, which made me feel good! Inside the front office was super clean, and kept up with. The views were gorgeous !! About an hour from Yellowstone National park. Which to us wasn’t bad because the views are amazing! We stayed here 8/12-8/15 at site P06! I would 10000% stay here again!!

This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay for a few days. It is close enough to town, but just far enough outside the city that you don’t need to travel far to still enjoy a day of shopping or time in Yellowstone. The staff were all super sweet & answered all our questions. Shower house, bathrooms, and laundry were always clean & easy to use. They provide bath mats for the showers & the laundry is open 24/7 - you pay the front desk or leave the $ in a box after hours. The RV spots are a little close together, but still felt like we had plenty of room to enjoy time outside with family.

We had a wonderful time at Yellowstone Holiday. The location was beautiful and close to the National Park. Everything was kept so clean. Washing and drying prices were so inexpensive and the machines were so clean. They even provided a clean bath mat to each person using the shower facilities. We stayed by the lake and that was a great choice as the view was perfect. Above I didn’t rate the rooms and that is bc we had our travel trailer with us. The cabins did look charming though. We recommend this RV resort as a definite 5+.

What a great place to stay! Close to everything yet feels secluded. Lake views from every cabin. Clean resort, dog friendly, mountain views, great dock, great fishing, boat & paddle board rentals & super easy check in & check out. Very reasonably priced, cute little store, corn hole, tether ball for the kids, newer w/d's & really nice showers. This was our second time staying w/ Yellowstone Holiday RV Campground & Marina & we will be back! This place does not disappoint!

My family and I stayed here for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. Even though the location on Hegben Lake was 15 min away from the West Yellowstone entrance to the park, the peace and quiet at this campground was priceless. Staff was friendly, showers were hot, and the views were beautiful. RV spot was clean, had plenty of space, and was easy to find. We were not parked in like sardines like some RV campgrounds. It was fun scoping out elk on the hillsides. I can't wait to come back and try the cabins!

We had a great time! Great campground on the lake, 10minutes to west Yellowstone and the park. Boat rentals, kayak rentals, laundry, corn hole,and great service! Check out Wild West rodeo, mountain rafting on Gallatin, Hanks Chop Shop great steaks, Taco truck in town and the creamery with fresh made ice cream. We would definitely go back. Fishing just double check the time of year, water temps and research what works best. We would definitely go back

The owners were super nice and helpful. The staff gave lots of good fishing tips, the bathroom facilities were nice and kept clean, and the views on that lake were gorgeous. The kids had lots of space to run around and play volleyball. It was far enough away from Yellowstone to be calm and relaxing, but close enough to drive in and experience the park. The only downside was the flies, fire ants, and mosquitos, but that’s probably just the time of the season we visited. The pontoon rental was great. The kids had so much fun.

If you are in the area visiting Yellowstone NP and are looking to stay outside the park, this place is a hidden gem. It is 13 miles north of the town of West Yellowstone but worth the extra drive time. Peaceful, quiet setting on Lake Hebgen. Beautiful lake for fishing. Boating, swimming when in season. Campground is small with mostly pull through sites. It is well staffed and everything is so clean. As soon as a camper pulls out of their site, the staff came by and sprayed all touch surfaces. Why weren't we cleaning like this before covid! Fabulous bathrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Did I say clean! Friendly, helpful staff. Hospitality is important to this southern girl! They made us feel right at home. Also, there I a great geological site just 5 miles away with information about the 1959 earthquake. Worth a few hours to visit. You might even see the elusive mountain goat across the river. We saw 5! Had a great stay at Yellowstone Holiday RV and highly recommend.
