We loved our stay at Jellystone in Kerrville. There were so many Halloween activities for kiddos, it was a memorable weekend! We met some many people who visit there every year for this occasion and I can see why! The staff was so so friendly and accommodating. The cabin was fun and clean. I did wish there were other options for sit down eating on the campsite, but there were plenty of yummy places to go eat close by. We would definitely return for this Halloween weekend in the future! I would recommend it for any family with little kids who love the hill country.

My family and I go on an annual trip to Jellystone every year with multiple other families, and this year we forgot s'more ingredients!! We kept telling each other we would make a trip to the camp store but got too busy with all the activities the store closed. Garrett, GM went above and beyond to help me become mom of the night and opened the store after hours so I could get what was needed. He made our night and all 7 kiddos a vacation to remember. THANK YOU!!

Spoke with Jennifer & was told I would be receiving a credit for my stay — called back & spoke with Kristin she refused to offer the credit & said I would lose all of my money. They are having a tornado watch & flooding the weekend we are planning on staying. They do not take care of their customers we stayed with them every weekend this past summer. They were not willing to move dates over or offer any sort of credit. 10/10 do not recommend. We will be driving the extra 30 minutes to stay with Camp Fimfo moving forward — I lost $175+ for this stay but you have lost our business moving forward.

We tent camped and had an amazing time! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I rescheduled a bunch of times and it was no big deal. The bathrooms and all the amenities are so nice. The kids loved the camp activities and meeting yogi bear. Tent site area is right near jumping pillow and has trees and shade. Only downside is the sites are small but the campsite was not full so we didn’t feel smooshed at all.

All was well until we decided to leave for about 10 days. We had a reservation for a month and so we were gone after 10 days and we were gone for 10 days and came back to find. That the power had been shut off our RV and we lost everything in our fridge/freezer. My husband had gone up with our teenage granddaughter ahead of her parents arrival. As soon as they opened the door the smell was obvious and unbearable. He was so upset that the remaining days would not be possible without a huge cleanup which would defeat the possibility of a few quality days with the family, he hooked our 42 ft rv up and left. We contacted the front office. It was Labor Day weekend. And they said they get back with us Monday, today is Tuesday. I've left 2 messages 1 each day. We lost at least $200 Worth of food in our freezer, the breaker did not blow it had been off. We left it on so we could keep our refrigerator a large capacity refrigerator. 18 cubic feet, still working until we got back because we were gonna have company. Everything about the park was great. But I find this type of service unacceptable. We've stayed at Jellystone before, but I doubt we will again

Our stay was scheduled for April 9-14. We will not be staying for the entire stay. Let me elaborate. We check in at 4 as instructed and the office closes at 5. After unpacking and settling in we discover that the light in bathroom doesn't work, toilet lid is broken, and then the shower is a walk-in shallow shower that overflows after a wonderfully long 2 minute shower. We make the best of it, and I spoke to the office manager the next morning, he is awesome. Gets us a new cabin, so once again we pack up, shift down, unpack, and now it's lunch time, I sit down to ants in the couch. I go back to office, they come and spray, we have let it air out for two hours, now it all should be good and gravy. We managed to have a "vacation" for 24 hrs and now the ants have taken over the bathroom. Our toiletries bag been devoured by the little jerks and we have had to throw away half of what was inside. We have to check the toilet and wipe away ants before using it now. I will be going to the office in the morning to get our early departure taken care of. I also had to speak to the manager to let him know that the young lady had a bit of an attitude and that when he stepped away she decided to laugh about our problems with another coworker. He informed me that he is well aware of the issue with her. He is amazing at customer service and understands how to resolve an issue with urgency.

We stayed a month earlier than this review. It was during their off season and the water park portion was not open but we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The park was easy to navigate with our 46' 5th wheel. The facilities are well maintained and a ton of options to keep the kids entertained through out the entire trip. We don't typically do family resort style parks but this park checked off every box. The only reason for the four star is the water pressure dropped off so much during the day that we had to fill our fresh tank nightly in order to have water during the day. They were getting the water park ready for the upcoming season during our stay so I'm sure that was the culprit though.

When we arrived to our Cabin at 6:00pm there were ants everywhere. We made several calls and no one ever answered. The next morning we walked to the front and notified staff. We spent the day out doing activities and when we got back to our cabin that evening the ants were even worse. They were in our kids beds and in all of our luggage. Once again we called and could not get anyone. When we checked out we notified the staff about the issues and all they said was sorry. Nothing was offered for the huge inconvenience. It’s one thing if you’re camping to deal with bugs, but when you pay $1,000 for a cabin you should not have to deal with that.

Fantastic family fun! We brought out rv for the first time and we were very pleased! Great spring break trip and looking forward to several summer trips! Pools were nice and easy access to all amenities. The kids loved the slides and laser tag! The pizza at the pub was yummy too!

So I had written a review earlier and I wasn't too happy with the customer service we had received. I have to say they, David Mills, were very quick to reach out and make it right! Thanks to Jellystone Park and David we had such a fun weekend getaway! The kids were able to play at the splash pad area and they had lots of fun activities planned for the kids as well. We launched rockets and also played Laser Tag! Out of all the times that we had been there, we hadn't done the laser tag, but it was soo fun! I definitely would recommend this activity! Make sure to have tennis shoes or closed-toe shoes. They also have many more activities as well. They have an arcade for days when you need another indoor activity to do. If you are going to stay in a cabin, I recommend that you bring paper towels and also extra towels so you have bath towels and beach/pool towels. On the property, there is a washer and dryer but make sure to bring some laundry soap, in the store that was on property they didn't have any. They had Clorox 2 and then also downy, but no soap.
