My family and I went here this past weekend had a blast with the themed event. I do however believe that rules should be followed here and they are not. My children wanted to drive our golf cart but they couldn't because under age, there was 2 girls in hotdog outfits doing donuts and young not age limit and very dangerous. This camp ground is to a family friendly place but this weekend was a complete disaster since we followed the rules and had to tell my children over and over they aren't following the rules. If you could do a better job at informing campers about safety and rules would make this a lot better visit

We’ve been coming to this Jellystone for 5 years now, and it’s truly the best. At first, we thought we were just chatting with friendly staff, but it turned out we were talking to the owners themselves, they’re incredible people. You can tell they genuinely care, and it shows in every detail. The campground is beautiful, well-run, and spotless. As a camper, you notice when things are clean, safe, and fun, and this place nails it. Even more, you don’t see employees this happy unless the leadership is doing something right. Hats off to everyone here—you’re doing an amazing job. If you haven’t been, you’re really missing out on a hidden gem.

We went this past weekend. My family and I got a group campsite! (We have a large family). We were just going for a weekend for a couple of the kid's birthdays. The first night we were there, our neighbors came very late to set up (10 pm,1am). They were awful! Drunk, smoking weed, loud and completely disrespectful. Made it where We never slept at all. We went to the office the next morning hoping to move sites so we could enjoy our time, the amenities, and get some sleep. The management team was AMAZING! Not only did they take car of us. They went way above and beyond. And checked up on us to make sure everything was perfect! Not only did they give us, a cabin, they also refunded us for our first night. The staff was always so friendly and helpful! The food truck had great lunch options. We all enjoyed our meal. Highly recommended. Not to mention, this campground is AMAZING! From the pools, the activities, to the lake. We had the best time. So many laughs and memories. Thank you for our good weekend.

I will NEVER return to this place!! What a waste of money! My kids was so excited to come back here this year because it was great last year. This year we was put in a cabin that had NO INTERNET! When i went to the front to tell them the lady told me its spectrums problem not hers! I told her i didnt pay all this money for my kids to cry when we got back to our cabin. The least they could do was move us to another cabin that had Internet!! I guess that was too much to ask for! We couldnt even watch tv! I have never in my life wanted to go home on a vacation more than now! This was suppose to be a relaxing getaway that turned into a nightmare! The lady said are u not having fun on the water slide and pool? Like yeah but all of that closes at 8! The wifi works perfect until i step onto the step to my cabin! Just imagine u come here thinking your going to have a good time but then as soon as u go to lay down its all bad because your kids are crying they want their tablets because thats a routine. Uuggghh... Then to think no matter who u tell they just dont care! Over 1k wasted. I will be contacting the bbb However i will say the lady who sold us the life jackets was very very nice and helpful. Also the red headed girl in the store is ALWAYS so nice and helpful! The girl that checked us in on our first night was super rude. There was an online promo for 30 percent off 2 nights and that would have saved like $180 that i was told i could not use and also i was charged $30 more for one of the nights i stayed. When i ask why i was charged a different price nobody seems to know. So I'm suppose to just take this as a loss?

This was a great campground to visit! The campsites are large and clean. There are so many activities for the family. We were there over Puppy week so my daughter and our dog got to make puppy print artwork. The lake was fun (you do have to wear a life vest) the pools were clean and large. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the bathrooms seemed older and not as clean. Again this could be because they seemed older. I highly recommend this campground and we will be going back.
