We had a beautiful campsite, right on the lake. The only problem was all the sand spurs. We had great difficulty trying to walk our dog.

Hidden gem. This was our first visit. We had a good time. The staff was very nice and the water park was very nice and clean.

Labor Day Weekend 2025, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. Electric and water hookups were also great. The new operator was so nice and ever-present. Our reservations were made through campspot and I appreciated the honey wagon service. Pool was clean and fun. If you haven't been here in awhile give it another try, if never been definitely worth a trip.

I would give zero stars if it were an option! I wanted to let everyone know this issues I have had with Jellystone park on Keystone lake. It is a private campground with many attractions. I booked for a week long stay the last week in July. I made this reservation in early May. I was concerned about all the rain and rising lake levels. I contacted Jellystone by phone in early June with my concerns. I was told at that time that most of the campsites were under water and all lake attractions were closed due to Keystones high levels. I was encouraged not to cancel yet as they expected water levels to be down in 2 weeks. I called again 2 weeks later and water levels were still too high. Told to call back in a week. I called back in a week and was told the park was closed for the rest of the summer. I told them that I wanted to cancel my reservation and I wanted a refund. I called back a week later still be fore my reservation date and asked why I had not received a refund yet. They told me there was a glitch in their system and everyone was given a credit for a ray the following year. I told them I do NOT want a credit for a future date and that I wanted a refund. I was told it should be processed within a week. I called the park again today and asked why I had not received a refund yet! I was then told my name would be put on a LIST. Needless to say I was very upset. I have been given the run around for almost two months. I kept in contact with themto make sure I did not pass the deadline for refunds. Jellystone actually closed for the summer season before my reservation date. I was then told I would receive a refund but it would be minus the booking cost. I told her that was not acceptable I wanted a full refund! I also asked when and how I could expect a refund. She said it would be credited to my credit card account. I asked when I could expect to see it. She told me she could not say as she didn’t want to give me a timeline and then it not happen. She said she would call her boss and the call me back. I told her I wanted a call from her boss. I realize that the rainfall we received was extreme and it affected all the lakes in this part of Oklahoma. But I tried to keep in contact with them, was told numerous times not to cancel yet as they expected the lake to go down. Then it was Jellystone the closed their facility for the season. All before my scheduled vacation. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I would not recommend anyone to book with Jellystone Park for their lake camping experience.

It's a great place to take the kids! They thoroughly enjoyed it! We wanted to camp-out the water levels were too high so the lake was closed. There are plenty of tables with umbrellas for shade, lots of seating, and even have cabanas for an additional cost. We will definitely return!
