We made the mistake of choosing the wrong cabin for our needs and the weather. The gal at the front desk was more than sweet and understood and helped us get relocated and acclimated to the place. We had the bestest of times and will return repeatedly during the summers. So glad we found this place.

We love going to Jellystone with the kids and grandkids! The swimming in the pool and lake are all fun and the place is always clean and fun. I wish someone would monitor the speed of cars flying down the roads though. I was shocked by the trucks and cars that was going 30 or more. We have kids here playing. Nothing is that important that you need to fly! Other than that it's an amazing place and we visit at least 3 times a year!

We camped at this facility with three of our granddaughters and really appreciated the on-site amenities. It would have been nice to have had the bouncing pillow area inflated and operational, but we assume that'll be fixed soon. The only improvement we would suggest is to apply calcium chloride (or some other polymer) to the gravel drives in order to keep dust to a minimum. With all of the golf carts and traffic, it can get a bit dusty at times. Overall our stay was a very nice experience. We'll definitely plan on coming back in the future.

I'm giving five stars for the resort/park. The unprofessionalism of the employee at check-in would get no stars. If you're planning to stay in the family pool house, make sure to verify that the pool is up and running. I chose this house (instead of cabins) specifically for the pool. We live 4 hours away from this Yogi Bear Resort, my family and I were halfway there when they called and said that the storm the night before ripped the liner in the pool and it would be unavailable during our stay at the house. They offered to compensate with wristbands for everyone in our party for our entire visit. When we checked in and got to the house it was very obvious the pool had not even been opened for the season, the cover was sunken in with mossy water on it, a couple of the straps were broke on the cover which left a gap in it and you could see so many tadpoles swimming in the little bit of water that was in it (see attached pictures) Very obvious this did not happen the night before we arrived. I spoke with another employee who informed me there had been four others complaining about the non-use of the pool at the house. After a lot of calling her out (girl at check-in) she finally contacted upper management or possibly an owner and they decided to compensate me the cost of one night and the wristbands. I made my reservation the end of November 2024 my vacation was June 19-22 2025 they had plenty of time to get the pool up and running. So if you notice by the pictures online, you'll see the entire house but they don't show the pool, that's why. Besides that issue the place is absolutely great my family and myself had so much fun and the remaining staff was absolutely great. I highly recommend this place just maybe not the pool house.

The area was beautiful, we loved the camping feel and being able to fish outside of our cabin. All of the staff were super nice and helpful! Always waved when they drove by! There was a large group of kids that seemed to always be unsupervised. They were rude to our children multiple times even after asking them to stop. At one point they told my child to “get off” the jumping pillow. Another time they told my nephew to go away from a playground, when we went over with him, they ran away. They did not have adults with them to talk to.. I wish there was more supervision happening or having a rule of young kids not wandering on their own all day. It made activities less fun for sure and my our kids uncomfortable and feeling bad. We got an extra cleaning fee and unsure why.. the trash was not picked up the previous day so there was not a place to put the bag we had when we left. Rather than leaving it outside, we left it inside. I am assuming that was the extra $50 we were charged? I wish there were an explanation for that. We did the dishes and everything else was spotless so idk. The general store had terrible hours. One day they were not open at all. We had gone the previous day and talked to the worker about coming back the following day and she never mentioned it being closed. So that was a bummer and we didn’t get souvenirs. Overall, I would go back. Now that I know hours are weird, I would plan accordingly. Hopefully no mean unsupervised kids next time.
