I had a lovely experience at this park . Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I went for a day visit. Was quite a few activities including in it . I did 18 hole mini golf , kayaking in the dells , archery, water slides , water volleyball , and hot tub in the water park . The water park was small but tidy and neat . Food was a surprise as I didn’t expect much . But is was fresh , yummy and reasonably priced. Also they have hayride with characters in the morning around the campground. They also have paid activities like tie dye t shirt and ceramics art staff were also giving free cake pops to everyone as a part of some event. Yoggybear Theme decorations was so nice . I would definitely recommend .

Just returned from a stay at the Wisconsin Dells location. I was nervous to stay at this location based off of the reviews however, our family had a great time. We stayed in a Cindy Bear cabin, because we are not that brave to camp in a tent with two kids. It is very basic, but we brought along a small AC window unit which helped tremendously. Otherwise, it would be very hot mid August. The cabin itself is very basic with only beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. Can it use some updating/fixing? (Floor in our cabin was cracked with piece of vinyl sticking up which we covered with the rug to avoid anyone getting hurt) Of course, but I would much rather stay in a basic cabin than in the tent. The cabins and site over all is quite dated, but the staff is very friendly and do their best to accommodate you. My boys had a great time canoeing, and at the splash pad/pool area as well as mini golf. There are areas around the pool, which can use some maintenance or touching up with paint (rust stains from the splash area), but again it’s a campsite. Bathrooms/shower areas can use some maintenance work as well (cracked sinks) and better cleaning of these areas (floors and toilets cleaned more frequently) but I’m sure it’s difficult to keep up with constant flow of people bringing in dirt from the campgrounds. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed summer 2025 in a “retro family lodge” because we wanted the bathroom and sink. It was gross, mice and droppings all over the kitchen after one night, and we just had set packaged food out with no dishes or open items. Saw a mouse running across the floor in the morning. So run down and dirty. All the common areas were dirty and not well maintained, like the railing on the steps to the pool was rusted and loose, the mini golf was very dirty and not well maintained. The playground was missing some of the parts and made climbing hard. The kids liked the pool, but the hot tub had so much foam, it was a little gross. Everything felt sticky and wasn’t vacuumed. The arcade was very expensive, $20 lasted about 5 minutes. The highway noise was insanely loud. I knew it would be next to the highway, but there are no noise barriers or anything, and it’s even loud inside the cabin. It’s hard to hear people near the pool because of the noise. Overall, vibe was a little creepy. I would never recommend anyone coming here. It’s also extremely expensive for what you get. The activities are not free, tie dye is $15 per shirt/hat, had to pay for the mini golf, even the s’more activity is paid. Also it was not clear where activities were located and didn’t last the full time listed. The stay should be half the price and with activities included. It’s the same price to stay at one of the nice resorts. It’s a shame because we’ve had good experiences at other Jellystone locations. Don’t come to this one.

The location as far as being close to WI Dells is great. Being next to the interstate however is extremely loud if you have a site next to it. It is difficult to talk or hear and it goes on 24 hours a day. It is unfortunate as the site itself was very nice and located close to playground and pool. I loved the location of the site but would not stay in it again due to the terrible interstate noise. I wonder why the campground hasn't put up a sound barrier wall. The activities are fun and so much to do at the campground. The luau and pool party were outstanding! So much fun! Jellystone .. you HAVE to improve the bathroom situation. They were never clean. You have only ONE bathroom next to the pool which smells horrible, never cleaned once in 4 days (same toothpaste globs there the whole time), the next closest bathroom had 2 of 4 toilets broken, tough to get access as it is constantly full, the store bathroom if you try to use people start knocking immediately because the lack of bathrooms and amount of people. I told my family that although there are so many great things about Jellystone I won't come back because of the interstate and disgusting bathrooms. However, everyone had such a great time they have talked me into trying it one more time. Please fix your bathroom situation. You have signs in the bathrooms regarding your "Promise" to have them clean. I called the number as requested if they weren't and told staff. I told the Office and one person in the pavillion. All said it would be taken care of but it never was.

I had an incredible experience at this campground, easily the best I've enjoyed in many years. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. Parking was straightforward and convenient, which set a positive tone for my stay. On weekends, the atmosphere is fantastic DJ playing on Fridays and Saturdays, adding to the lively ambiance. I discovered plenty of fun activities for the whole family, making it a great place for all ages. The Wi-Fi connectivity was reliable, which was a pleasant surprise. I loved the campground's mobile app—it offered an interactive map and informed me about activities tailored for kids, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The accommodations are equally impressive. The cabins are cozy and well-maintained, while the tent sites offer ample space, preventing any feeling of being cramped. With so much room to roam, overall, this campground has delivered the best experience I've had in 14 years of exploring various campgrounds. It's definitely worth a visit!

Lot's of fun for kids n adults-hey rides, swimming, golfing all included in the price. We tent camped at jellystone and we're very happy with the area they had. Would definitely go again. Had a motel room at Wisconsin dells but they never got our room ready and still charged us.thank goodness jellystone had a spot

The staff were amazing! I loved all the activities planned for the kiddos and many fun things to do there without spending an arm and a leg. I just wish I knew the hike it took down to the river for paddleboat/kayak area and would've been nice to know we could drive the car halfway down but now we know.

Stayed at Jellystone Parks as a kid and unfortunately this was nothing compared to what I remember. This park in particular in the dells is one to avoid. We decided to stay most of the week (4 nights, 5 days) since I was on vacation. The water park for kids was under construction 4 out of the 5 days we were there. Very disappointing since we have 1 and 3 year old boys who would have loved it. They did not give us any warning that it would be closed and did not offer anything in place of that. The pool and hot tub were open but you could tell nobody had cleaned them daily. They had the slide shut down the whole week on the main pool as well. The entire campground is extremely outdated and you can tell nothing has really been cared for or updated in over a decade. When paying what we did for the campsite you expect the activities to be included for the kids. That is not the case. There are activities happening consistently throughout the day, but most require extra fees to even participate. Which isn't worth it at all. We paid over $130/night for water and sewer hook up site. We could have had a stay at the wilderness or Kalahari with 10x more and around the same price. Not recommending this park whatsoever. We will not be back and most likely will be avoiding jellystone in the future.

We have stayed 3 days, for Memorial Day - weekend. All full hook up sites are next to highway. It is EXTREMELY loud, non-stop. Camping is about relaxing 😌, right? We used earplugs at night. Also, this was the first campground that had TICKS. We found 8 of them at our site. We have been to many campgrounds, traveled to smokey mountains, to myrtle beach. Never seen ticks. We will not come back. Very expensive too, at $135/night.
