From the get go the staff was friendly and helpful. I came with 3 teenage girls for my daughter's birthday and they all had fun. Can you say miracle?!? The indoor pool wasn't available for use, but they had plenty of other things to occupy them. We appreciated the restaurant recommendation, which all the girls loved as well. I've already told my husband we will definitely have to go back as a family trip.

A special place for my family to visit. The kids love all the activities. The supervisor, Kira, really enjoys her job and it shows in her interactions with the kids. The Manager, Amber, wanted feedback on our stay. I liked the fact that she asked. The customer service, attention to details, activities for the kiddos and serenity that we feel while we are here is what keeps us coming back. A shout out to Kira, Amber and the rest of the staff! Keep up the great work!

My family and I had been anticipating this mini get away trip for months. The trip was long and we were worn out upon our arrival. We were immediately greeted by the Assistant General Manager, Amber. She had everything prepared for us so the check in process was quick. My 2 year old was having a melt down, too. Amber was able to calm her down and let her pick a toy from a basket. Her kindness was the perfect beginning to our stay here. I was appreciative of how she made it feel like home. The cabin was spacious, the activities for the kids were excellent, and the overall experience was even better than we had imagined. Thank you for helping our family create memories that will last a lifetime! We will be back next year!

This place was so amazing! I've never been before so I was a little worried it was going to look run down or something, but it was the greatest experience ever. Me and my family are definitely coming back every year. We got some spooky tie dye shirts we got to make, a magic pumpkin experience, free crafts, and my son won 2nd place in the costume contest for his age group. He was so happy and it was his birthday weekend. We got to do trick or treating and I couldn't believe that people actually did go all out! The Yogi Bear gift shop was so cool and I wanted to buy everything! A little pricey but that's expected. They had a cute 'Pic a Nic' restaurant too which was perfect for breakfast and lunch. Definitely coming back and I already told my co-workers all about it.

We had a great time for the most part park was quiet, I only wished they would of handed out something on days/hours the extra activities were open. Our kids missed thing's as we found out later lazer tag was only open on weekends and the outdoor water slide area closed at 2pm on Sunday. We know we went in the off peak month's but some activities would still of been nice to attend even if was just a few hours after arriving. No food or dessert was open and available while we were there. We did a Sun-Thur trip.

We just celebrated my son’s 10th birthday with you guys and we are so glad we did. I gotta say, the highlight of the trip was the night laser tag. It was way better than I was expecting it to be, the kids had a BLAST! Jedi was the staff member running the event that night and he did a stellar job. Thank you for helping my boy have the most memorable 10yr. birthday party a kid can have. I highly recommend.

This was our 3rd time to participate in the Halloween festivities. The amount of work and effort they put into this is superior! My kid's absolutely love staying here. We had one minor bump in the road but the assistant manager, Amber, was there to help and assist us! The staff has always made us feel welcomed. Customer service is excellent. We will see you next year!

After our 2nd trip to Jellystone at Canyon Lake, we are all happy, relaxed, tired (in the best way!), and rejuvenated. We had an amazing time. 2 adults, one 5 year old, 2 dogs stayed in one of the pet-friendly lodge rooms. The room was clean, cool, and a perfect location. There is always something to do, but with no pressure or a strict timeline to do it, which is amazing for flexibility with kids. The VIB pass was worth it! We only missed 2 things, but it still was worth the money and made our son's trip. The rangers absolutely, 100% make this campsite what it is. Without them, it wouldn't be the same. They're all so polite, passionate, kind, friendly, patient, and just awesome! Special shout-outs (I couldn't get all the names, sorry!) to these Rangers - Delilah, Sam, Austin, Jedi (as he introduced himself at bingo lol), the sweet blonde girl that's a color guard member and sophomore in high-school (she did slime & made popcorn for move night), and the ranger at the top of the slide that wears a towel, and does a count down for racing (the towel covered your name!). And every ranger that just waves and says "hi!" You made our days. Thank you for perfect end to summer. 🩷☀️

Have to reserve a review. I visited on Saturday because we are scheduled for a large family reunion at Jellystone June 3-5. I will review after that. What we saw on the drive-through was great, lots of activities 3 swim pools, Lazer tag, mini golf, very clean and friendly staff.

Such a great place to get away from all the stress and business with your family! My kids loved the beautiful Gem Mining station, and found some great keepsakes to remember our stay at Jellystone. The staff on site are delightful and very kind. What a great park!

Cool place for kids, lots of fun things to do. We had some initial concerns about our accommodations upon arrival but the very attentive manager reached out to us and resolved the issue promptly. Good times.

We have attended this camp site in October the past 2 years. They have a Halloween parade and the kids go trick-treat on Saturday night. The cabins are OK but the atmosphere and environment makes everything better. The pool keeps everyone busy during the day before the parade. It is such a family friendly place. Camping is so fun there and a great get away that is still close to home.
