This was a great place to spend the week. The kids were busy with on the hour activities, riding bikes and fishing. It is a great location near everything you need and yet far away enough for quiet time. If you walk to the back of the property you can catch a glimpse of folks riding the Rollercoaster at Dollywood. This is a gem!

If I could give more stars, I would. we had THE BEST time at this sweet campsite/park! the people are amazing and truly go above and beyond. We rented one of the RVs which was very very nice! We were only able to stay a few nights, but we left truly feeling like the staff and our neighbor campers were family! We also rented a golf cart and loved that it was a 24 hour rental! Loved that Yogi was around so much and there was so many activities! Both planned by the office and just in general! The boys went fishing a few times and jumped on the jump pad. We were there for our sons birthday and he said it was the best trip ever… even better than Disney World! ❤️ Can't wait to come back soon!! Thank y'all so so much!! -the Davis 3

We’ll forget all you nay sayers!! We were hesitant to stay because of so many negative reviews. However, we were pleasantly pleased. We (2adults) stayed in the BooBoo cabin with our sweet pup. The cabin was adorable with its white bead board and navy and white plaid. Super clean! Close to so many attractions and restaurants. We were indeed happy campers!! I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it was a bit pricey and when we arrived at night, we couldn’t find it. A light on the sign would be extremely helpful. 🏕🏔🏕

The location for this place is amazing! That's the biggest plus for here. We stayed just a couple nights in a pop up camper, and honestly I'm not sure we'd be able to stay here with something much larger. It was a great spot for what we had, but we did have to park one of our 2 cars up at the main lot. The spots are tight, so if you have a large rig, it's going to be difficult. As well as if you have more than one vehicle (like in cases of an RV. I didn't get to check out the tent spots, but there was a separate area just for tents, which is nice. The cabins we saw looked nice to rent as well. The bathrooms were nice and they had a pond and a pool (it was Dec when we went so can't say much on them). The biggest and really main/only issue I have this place, is signage/markings. If you want to find this place at night good luck. There is no light on the sign. We missed it 3 times! And the space numbers are set way back off the road and really small, and again no lights to see our spot. Thank goodness our parents already had the trailer there before dark because we would have had zero luck finding our spot. There were 3 spots in a row that were empty and we still couldn't read the numbers, so it's not that there were campers in the way. I can't speak on the main office, or the activities other than the playground, which was nice for a 4 year old.

Booked online pretty last minute. As soon as we got here we knew we made a great choice. The staff has been absolutely incredible the entire time. They are so sweet and so helpful. We actually ended up extending our stay another night because of how nice of a stay it's been. They have a small fishing pond, two swimming pools and a park. The grounds seemed super clean. We are staying in the bear essential cabin and though small it's nice. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend! Also wanted to add that some previous reviews mentioned ants and luckily we haven't seen any. No bugs at all in our cabin.
