After experiencing an unexpected tragedy that left our RV uninhabitable, the staff at Jellystone Park in Larkspur went above and beyond to take care of us. Without hesitation, they moved us into a cabin for the remainder of our stay, giving us a safe and comfortable place to be with our fur child during an incredibly stressful time. They also let us borrow a golf cart so we could move all of our belongings from the RV to the cabin, which made a difficult situation so much easier. Throughout our stay, the staff continuously checked in on us to see if we needed anything and genuinely cared about how we were doing. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made all the difference. I’d also like to recognize the incredible camping community here. So many fellow campers stopped to check on us, offered help, and showed us kindness when we needed it most. It was a reminder that there are still so many good people in the world. A very special thank you to Randy, Mandy, Rachel, Susie, and Eric. Each of you went above and beyond to help us through one of the most difficult experiences we’ve ever faced. Your compassion, generosity, and genuine concern will never be forgotten. We are forever grateful for everything you did for us. While we certainly wish our trip had gone differently, we’ll never forget the kindness we experienced at Jellystone Park in Larkspur. Thank you to the entire staff and everyone who reached out to help us through one of the hardest moments we’ve experienced. We are truly grateful.

This is our second time we have stayed. The first time was in a camper and the 2nd time was in a cabin. Both times we overall had fun however this time I noticed some things that really bothered me considering we spent a lot of money to stay inside a cabin and the WIFI was absolutely terrible. Inside the Cindy cabin the skirt on the bed was stained with who knows what! The top of the cabinets were so dusty and on the windowsill there were so many dead flies it was so disgusting. If your planning on cooking they have no cooking oil or salt and pepper so make sure you bring your own. The hot tub was barely warm.

Rented the Yogi Bear Cabin. When we arrived at the cabin here is what we had. 2 NON working tvs. One remote broken and one remote had no batteries. We bought batteries but still TV did not work....NO DRINKING GLASSES... the toaster had dried food on the side and when you picked it up tons of crumbs fell out, the plates had some dried food as well. No blanket on the bed just a duvet cover which had stains on it. Do they ever wash those things??? It was only in the 50's while we were there with only 1 sunny day in low 60's They offer Wi Fi but don't be fooled It was out almost the entire stay. The arcade was unusable the ENTIRE visit because it was off line. Almost no staff around and no one had answers or was rude. They were clearly tired of adults asking about the arcade. I saw a staff member be rude and flippant with a mother who brough her son from a distance for his birthday just to use the water feature. CLOSED no reason. There was no wind just a little cold. "I don't know" was the standard answer from staff on most everything. We asked about activities like Mining for example...2 staff said it was only open Friday- Sunday. When we went to the Rec Center (after we decided to investigate ourselves) they were open everyday and started up the mine water for us. NO phone number to call staff when visitors are still drinking and belligerent 1:30 -2am still up ...thus keeping many people up Golf carts were fun Not sure I would return Lori S.

We had the best time at Jellystone Larkspur!! Our kiddos are 5 and 7 and they loved everything! The pools are heated, mini golf was free and a really nice 18 hole course, we loved all the games and activities they had at the rec center, the playground was perfect, the bounce pad was so fun, my son loved playing basketball while my daughter jumped on the bounce pad, the gym was super nice, we had the best time!!! We can’t wait to go back.

We had a really great stay at Jellystone Park in Larkspur overall. The cabins were clean, cozy, and well-kept, which made settling in super easy. The staff we interacted with were polite and welcoming, and the souvenir shop was such a nice touch—definitely added to the experience for the kids. The only issue we ran into was with communication. I reached out a couple of days before our arrival, and again on the day of, to ask about my son possibly seeing Yogi Bear for his birthday. I completely understand that we visited during the off-season, so availability may have been limited—but it would have meant a lot to at least receive some kind of response or acknowledgment. Aside from that, everything went smoothly and we truly enjoyed our stay. It was a relaxing, family-friendly environment, and we would still consider coming back.
