Good campground! Really nice launchpad for exploring Glacier Point area. No showers, but chill vibe. Well kept. Flush toilets (great, but limit the season up here).

About 20min away from Glacier Point. Clean restroom with flash toilet. Plenty of toilet paper. Drinkable water also available. Various campsite sizes; some are good for 2 cars and tents; others are one vehicle and one tent only. Temperature drops significantly over night because of the 6000ft elevation. Camp fire allowed but need to be monitored at all times. No cellular reception ( ATT and Tmobile)

This was our first time staying here, and we loved it. Rangers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Bear lockers are very big, and the campground is very clean. It is a great location if you don't want to stay in the valley. We will definitely be staying here again.

The sites are pretty. Some are surrounded by granite boulders and trees but some are close together and can get noise. Great campground as a base to explore Yosemite valley, Mariposa grove and Glacier point.

Great spot. Don't bother with your phones, there is zero reception and that's part of why we come here. Don't expect to shower here. Toilets are functional at best. They're maintained but we brought our own rolls, you probably should as well.

We had an amazing time camping at this campground. The rangers were attentive and educational without being overbearing or repetitive. The bear boxes are incredibly spacious and easy to use. Our site and fire pit was well maintained and clean when we arrived. We will be back to camp again soon!

The parking lot is small. It is impossible to have 2 big cars to park in a single site. Everything else is pretty good.

Yosemite Awesome best spot. We saw three small lights at 2AM that warmed up in the trees then jumped to a vertical formation on the edge of the round clearing and left Earth at the speed of light. Camp Site number 10. Earth is on their bucket list. We do not smoke or drink anything.

The best campground in Yosemite, though it's remote with no accessible resources. The valley and Wowona are over 45 minutes away; the nearest ranger station at Glacier Point is 20 minutes away. We're talking remote--and high, at an elevation around 7,200 feet. The days in mid summer are slightly warm, the nights are freezing (even in July). The bathrooms have no showers because there are no water heaters. The water is filtered from the creek and is frigid--and delicious. Several beautiful trails are an easy walk from the campground, and the A Loop (the only one that allows pets) is right beside the meadow, where you often see deer, coyotes or even the occasional bear if you get up early enough. I've been camping here since I was 2 years old (literally). I'll be 60 this year, and this is still my campsite of choice, mainly for its remoteness. Also, the valley can get Godawful hot, and that doesn't happen at this altitude. If you come in September, blueberry bushes beside all the creeks are covered with ripe berries.
