Grounds are clean, showers are great with hot water and great water pressure, no issues with RV hookups, and you just cannot beat the view! Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and the Springdale bus line stop is right outside the campground. Campground had last-minute availability, surprisingly. I'm sure it was because it was past peak-season, but Oct/Nov is a beautiful time of year to visit Zions.

I've been coming here since 2007. I come here every October for our annual camping trip. Always a great place to create new memories. Half a mile from Zion Park gate, and the little town of Springdale is always a pleasure to drive into. Various ice cream places to treat yourself after a nice hike in the canyon.

Beautiful location. Many types of spaces. Small but heated pool. Easy to get to bathrooms, showers, and trash areas. The shower areas need mirrors and more places to hang/set personal items while bathing. Our neighbors were noisy after quiet hours, and the after hours ranger was quick to respond. Check-in was a bit of a mess. The woman at the counter was brusque and seemed more interested in reciting her script than answering our questions in a welcoming manner. She initially said we had no reservation (eventually finding it), told us RVs were not allowed in Zion (passive-aggressively asking "why would you want an RV in the park?" -- uhh, for transportation?) then contradicted herself by saying there *is RV parking within the park* but that "it fills up quickly with non-RVs." We finally asked whether she knew if the park was staffed normally during the federal government shutdown, to which she replied "I don't know. I work here." After many hours of driving, the last thing I was looking for was a weird, combative check-in, but that is what we received. It was disappointing to not feel invited nor particularly welcomed when showing up at this stunning campground for which we paid several hundred dollars.

Review of the public laundry. Clean facilities with approx 10 washers and 10 dryers. Wash: $4 29 minutes Dry: $4 45 minutes. Quarters only; Change machine located in the main office/store takes $1/$5/$10 bills. Nice covered benches to sit on while you wait or many options for food nearby. Great resource for long-stay park guests. They have token operated showers too, but they’re not available to the public. It would be nice if they would allow laundry guests to purchase a shower to pass the time.

We recently stayed there in a cabin. I cannot say enough about how CLEAN and well kept our cabin was. I genuinely felt like it must have been constructed just before our arrival. The location and views were also spectacular. We parked or car when we arrived and never had need for it again in the 4 days we were there. It was less than 1/2 mile to the zion park entrance. It was an easy walk but it was nice to have the option of riding the free Springdale shuttle as well. Great restaurants next door and across the street too. Service at the texmex next door was incredible - the did was too. Finally, the staff at the campground was just phenomenal, particularly Nicole and also kathleen. They were happy, helpful, upbeat and genuinely friendly at check-in and every morning when we came in to get coffee, snacks, ice, etc. I can't thank you enough for an experience that absolutely exceeded our expectations. Can't wait to come back!
