Located right off main road, so expect traffic noise day and night unless along the river side. Clean grounds, nice laundromat and bathroom/shower facilities. Very nice playground area for kids. Office and store on site was open later than most campgrounds, which offered greater convenience during our stay. Fenced area for dogs was clean, but just simple dirt area. River running just behind the campground with views was a bonus. Appreciated the ample grassy areas around the park, incl at the sites with decent spacing between them. Our location was right by the main sewer/septic area, so unfortunately it smelled. A pump truck arrived at 7:30am during our stay. It ran (LOUDLY) and was on site for over an hour. The pricing by comparison to other nearby parks is why I chose this location. Most likely will not rebook for future trips.

We selected this campground primarily for it's proximity to Zion and the claim that they have a shuttle to Zion which we thought would alleviate parking concerns. The website does not provide shuttle details, but the shuttle costs $15 and must be signed up for the night before, also only runs two times per day (two times to zion and two times back), you have to select which time you want the night before. This does not allow much flexibility. The public transit in the area is cheaper and provides much more flexibility. Would have been nice if the details were included on the website, since this shuttle service is not very useful. The showers are also metered at 7 minutes of water and then 5 minutes between, not a major inconvenience for most people, but a bit stingy for the rate they charge. Aside from the lack of transparency on the amenities offered on the website, the place was well kept. We probably would elect to stay somewhere else if we went to Zion again, mostly because we try to avoid RV parks for their lack of scenery, but made an exception for the shuttle service that we thought would be convenient and worth the very high nightly rate. If you are in a large RV, this still may be a good place to stay.

Place is great! Of course we will come back. They have a design "quirk" in the layout of the camp sites. The sites are half gravel and half grass. They have a rule, nothing on the grass. Well, ok. But, if you follow the road signs and park how you are supposed to to have the power, sewer, and water hooked up on the correct side .... then your coach front door opens onto the grass and they don't want that. No problem, pull in the wrong way and throw the hoses under the coach. Beware, the water pressure is 110 PSI so either use your own water or MAKE SURE you have a good water pressure regulator. Also, turn off water if you leave your site because this level of pressure will pop internal hoses. The cancellation policy does not allow us to change (shorten) the duration of our stay. We tried to shorten just prior to check in and were told theybwpuld charge us the full 7 nights even if we left twp.days early. I think of ypu did it 8 days out, they would have been more accommodating. So, no late changes. In closing, give them your business... this place is beautiful and 25 minutes to the Zion entrance.

My cousin and I reserved super last minute, got in late around 9/10pm for the night and felt bad making so much noise because it seemed like everyone was already going to bed. We asked for an extra night and the nice lady helped us add it right away. An amazing place to camp out in your RV or car camper when you’re visiting Zion. They have practically everything available here if you also don’t want to go do anything. Perfect place for groups/families that like to do different things. Pool, hot tub, pristine showers/restrooms, communal indoor/outdoor area, convenient shop inside with their office for check-in, and clean/well maintained grounds. This place has set my standards high being the first ever RV Park I ever visited for only around $80-$90/night. It’s better than your typical motel these days which is crazy. The staff were amazing along with all the guests. I will definitely remember this place if I ever return to Zion in the future. Thank you so much! I also forgot the man’s name, who spoke to us about his sailboats. Such a friendly and nice staff. I wish him luck on his instructing lessons!

Absolutely beautiful and wonderfully maintained resort! 🌿 A huge plus is the dog-friendly space – grassy areas for walks and enclosed parks where pups can safely sniff around. My four-legged friend Diego had the best time here 🐾. The staff was incredibly kind – every single person we met was welcoming. The RV sites are spacious, with either grassy patches or gravel, which worked out perfectly. There’s also a small store on-site where you can buy Zion National Park souvenirs, snacks, and drinks. Best of all, they even have a little treat corner just for dogs 🐶💚. Another highlight is the access to the river – we saw people relaxing in the water, and it created such a chill atmosphere. Diego absolutely loved splashing around, and although I later found out about bacteria in the river, I’m happy to say that after three days of playful swims, he’s totally healthy and happy. And the location is perfect – only about 20 minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. 🚐🌄 Overall – everything about this resort is a big plus! Truly one of the best places we’ve stayed, especially when traveling with a dog

We made a last minute stop here after Zion and what a great place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Site was very clean and everything was in good shape. Social hall was nice and had coffee available in the morning. I didn’t swim but pool area was always busy and looked inviting. Very nice place.

Very nice little RV Park/Campground about 10 miles out of Zion National Park! Pleasant hosts and very clean grounds and facilities! They even offered a shuttle ride into Zion that was totally worth doing as there was then need to worry about parking or getting around town. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the shuttle into the visitor center! Our daughter had an absolute blast playing in the river and pool/spa. The gift shop was great as were the showers and laundry. We also had a very nice grass area at camp which was nice. Great experience overall.

Very nice RV campground in a great location. Lots of trees for shade and very well maintained. It's not their fault but know that Verizon service is all but non existent. They do have wifi but service can be unreliable based on overall demand by others. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the river . I'd definitely stay here again.

Very pretty RV park in Virgin Utah. They have all the amenities and a nice pool and deck. It is about 15 miles away from Zion NP. Zion can only be visited by shuttle. They gave us direction to Dale, an independent driver who took us to the Zion National Park shuttle site and picked us up again when we were done. A wonderful service as both Dan and I are handicapped.
