Sweet little RV park away from the noise of Rt 15. Well shaded and still enough sky for star gazing and Starlink. Very clean and tidy throughout. Had a shower at the end of the day and everything was very clean. Te whole place is well tended without being sterile. Ashton is super friendly and helpful. Price $47 very reasonable. I will stay here again if in the area

Great park with amenities. Great to stargaze at night. Close to everything. We stayed in an Airbnb yurt/tent and loved it.

Very nice small RV park. Most people live here full time but we stayed in great pull-thru next to a tree and backing up to cultivated field. Very quiet and and we are glad we stayed here.

Great park! The owner was so friendly! Very clean with beautiful views. We spent 3 nights to explore Zion & Bryce and other beautiful sites. Close to lots of beautiful areas. Definately take a ride on scenic route 9

This place is awesome. We pulled our 28' travel trailer in and out no problems. Seems like a family run place, they are very nice people, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The campground is quiet they have a laundry mat witch worked well for us and all the trailer hookups worked without issue. Will stay here again.

I love this RV Park. The owner is friendly, the town and park are both quiet, it has some nice views, and you can see the stars at night!🤩

Drove down today to see the park and meet manager. Upon arrival I immediately notice how small and cramped the park is. There's barely room to walk in between RV's many of which are older and run down. In fairness, the bathrooms and laundry were clean and decent. However, the most disturbing aspect was the pricing...*** THE WEBSITE MONTHLY RATES ARE COMPLETELY INACCURATE *** The manager, I believe his name is Brett, stated the website pricing hasn't been update in 4yrs!!! So, the $430.00 to $550.00 per month is actually $660.00 to $800.00 plus electric. And..... if that's not shady enough, he stated the electric isn't METERED...So basically.... he can charge you whatever usage he wants...This park might be okay for a couple of nights stay to visit the area. As far as a longterm stay for full timers ...I'd skip it for a more professionally run operation.

Very basic, small RV park that has many long term residents. If you just want a place to park with full book ups it will work. We had a smaller site with no room for a picnic table. Laundry room was clean. Evident that there is alot of work being done to improve the park.

We were lucky to snag a spot here same night so we could be close to Zion. The gentleman was so helpful, answering our call after hours to help me find the right location when I turned into the park next door by mistake. The park is tidy and our stay was quiet and safe. And he gave us fresh peaches from his trees - doesn’t get better than that!! Thank you!
