Not bad on the price, but it is right next to highway/I-30, so you have to endure the traffic and construction. Jessie is awesome though.

I’ve been assaulted on property. Cops and owner with me, assailant want jailed. Still lives here. So beware

This is an OK RV park. The parking signs are POORLY located and the park layout is going in on the left, instead of the typical right. No easy way to turn around. No rest rooms or showers. Sites have large crushed rock for the bed, Should have finished the job with a good cover. No tables. . Surprisingly the highway noise wasn't too bad. Not staying here again. Will check out the park on 34

The RV park is clean but if you want power such as electricity don't stay there because if the wind blows literally you lose power if there's a rainstorm you lose power then you need to go somewhere else. The manager is very nice but he's never there and you don't know when he will show up but there's other RV parks close by so the suggestion go to them if you want electricity.

I am giving 5 stars for everything it does have to offer becuz the things it dies have it all tip of the line...laundry room with top of the line new washers & dryers, a very spacious dog park to let ur dogs run free and potty, lots of beautiful plush green grass, and superior WiFi (4g and 5g) that was more than exceptional!!!!!.I came here for the wifi mostly but it sure was nice being right off of the hwy on the feeder road becuz it was easy access and only 4 miles from a big town (Walmart, dollar stores, Staples, restaurants, fast-food, liquor, and every other store you can possibly think of). Also there is a restaurant called Bucky's 5 mins away from this rv park and it's all home-cooked from scratch food made there. It is definitely the best place to eat in the area, hands down!!! So if you stay here at this rv park make sure you check out Bucky's restaurant too (breakfast-lunch-dinner). Also, the host for the park lives here on site next door in an apartment that is literally connected to the office. It's kind of made to look like a duplex, and all brand new! I hope you enjoy your stay as much as my husband and I did for our week here becuz unfortunately we are leaving today. Thank You 1770 W I30 RV PARK!!!

My wife, whom has pretty bad Alzheimer's and I came to this place in good spirits. We thought we were told good things about it. We were moved there by Adult Protective Services. We're on our way to retirement. NOW! YOU'VE PROBABLY HEARD ABOUT HEAVEN BEFORE. THIS PLACE IS EXACTLY THAT.

Close to off and access points. Nice laundry facilities, large spots for us 40'+ folks, some pull through sites for those who don't like to back up. All in all, a nice place to stay. I didn't give 5 stars because of the lack of lighting. The manager said it's being taken care. We'll see on our next stop. 👍
