We were looking all over for a reasonable outside entry storage facility. At the ninth hour we stumbled upon 1st Choice. Even though they were about to close, someone waited on us to arrive. Two very very nice people assisted us, and we were set up with our unit in mere minutes. I highly recommend 1st Choice.

The management at the Memphis location is extremely unreliable. They did not take money out in time for my payment to be recognized as on time. As a result I was locked out of the entire property when I really needed to enter my storage. When I went to talk to someone in person there was no one in the office; even though their office I was listed as open. I was also not able to reach anyone by phone. Im getting out of thos storage as soon as possible.
