Horrible service heavier lady in the front always has an attitude and never dress appropriately for a business. Elevator is always broken has been broken for at least two weeks straight. And it is always down. A few months ago I was late on my very first payment ever and was charge a fee. I asked if I could get it waived since I have never been late. The lady with a nasty response told me no. So I mention to her that the elevator has been broken for the last 4 weeks I have come and I asked her because of this inconvenience could I have it waived. She got even meaner. Person has no customer service she needs to be retrained.

I walked in and there were two ladies sitting at the front desk. Once was very nice, but the other was rude and condescending. I didn’t appreciate the attitude.

A week or two ago I found myself in need of a storage facility. Already having rented one from first choice storage on waterway drive in the past I decided to return to that location. I was not only able to rent one but i also received the finest service ever the young lady Emily ,who assisted us, had the warmest personality, friendly smile, not often seen or experienced nowadays. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping me. She is a real credit to the company and I must say with employees like this, this company should be growing by leaps and bounds.. I thank you for the space that you provided me and the quality service that you so humbly share with me..
