It used to be a 5 star storage place used to be always clean and secure but the new owners quality of work is not worth it. Ppl are not in the office to even assist. Tried to go in several times to make payment landed up making payment online and there is an extra charge for that. I hope they step their game up and convert back to quality

I made an online reservation for a cargo van and approximately 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the van, someone named Moses called me and said the van would not be available at the time I had reserved (2pm). He was very nonchalant about it like it shouldn't be a problem, but I explained that it was going to present a problem because I needed to move my daughter back into her college dorm during a specific time slot (due to COVID protocols). He said it would be available around 230 pm and I said that wouldn't work for me. He said he could put me in a larger truck, and I explained that wouldn't work either due to the small loading/unloading area at my daughter's dorm. During our conversation, I remembered something I saw on the U-Haul website that stated if my rental was not available at the exact date/time I'd reserved that U-Haul would pay me $50. So I called Moses back and told him about this, and he said he had no idea what I was talking about. So I called U-Haul and they confirmed that, yes, if the van wasn't available at 2pm I would be paid $50, and I could either choose to cancel altogether or get a different vehicle/different time slot. I called Moses back to let him know and he said the van should now only be a few minutes late. I arrived at the location at 155pm and checked in online. Moses called and said the van would be there soon. I told him I could wait a few minutes but not much longer, I'd have to try and borrow a larger vehicle from a friend/ neighbor. At 210pm, I called U-Haul back to let them know that I was at the location per my reservation time slot, but that the van was still not available. The representative at U-Haul was great and started processing the $50 payment. During this time, Moses came out to my vehicle and said, "Since all you care about is the $50, why don't you just cancel your reservation and leave!". Shocked, I replied that was NOT what I cared about, what I cared about was getting the vehicle that I had rented at the time that the reservation guaranteed. He acted as if the $50 was going to come out of his own pocket and was very rude. I gave all this information to the U-Haul representative who was very apologetic and she stayed on the phone with me until finally at 2:30 p.m. I was able to get into the van and leave. Fortunately, during this time I had also been able to contact my daughter's school to let them know what was going on and make sure we could still move in as planned. Although U-Haul was all about customer service, Moses was clueless, and I will not use this location for anything else in the future.

The managers are really nice people. They are very helpful and easy to work with. The facility is very clean and nicely updated. The movers even mentioned that it was the nicest storage facility they have ever been to. And it is great that you can reserve and get a free truck rental when you move-in. That saved us a lot of money.
