Excellent, clean, and the customer service amazing

Rent increases every 3 to 4 months. I am not happy about this. Didn't increase for many years until the past year where I have already been increased at least 3 times.

RENTER BE AWARE: This review is entirely about the business policy of this self-storage chain, not the facility. My gilfriend got fed up with the relentless rent increases for no aparent reason and moved out. The owner of this A+ Self Storage Chain would increase your rent every 3 to 4 months instead of the industry standard of 9-to-12 months and not by a little. This is kind of an abusive practice since they know that is difficult to move your stuff out. They even did not care that an emergency pandemic was ravaging the country and people was out of a job and kept steadly increasing the rent during that time as well. I know a business have to make a profit but not in an exploitative manner. I hope the owner rethink its business strategy so more tenants do not have to go through the same hardship and decide to leave too.

The location is convenient. The facility is clean and well maintained. My main issues with the facility is high prices and below average customer service. Customer loyalty is not taken into consideration when it comes to keeping prices low. But then again customer loyalty doesn't seem to matter to most companies nowadays. 😐

the lady who works behind the counter has no vocation, to serve the client ... I went with a reservation of uhaul to find the truck on two occasions and she put a thousand reasons not to give me the truck .... I have rented trucks of uhaul on many occasions in different places and this is the only place where I have had problems !!! starting with the bad form and the anger that she has with life! I can feel it ! never a good deal nor a smile! always face dictator! I do not recommend the place for anything!
