I was upset because I couldn’t understand why I got my rent raised 3 times in less than 2 years. But I went to the office and the staff was so kind, understanding and treated me with respect. The prices are high in my opinion but other than that, I was able to change my experience and I will definitely recommend this company.

What an experience! They got space for storage! Most storage places are storage places but this place makes me want to live in it! Wow!! What a place! I can't wait to store more stuff here! I can put boxes in it, lamps, anything storage able can be stored. They got a gate that's electric so you feel like your entering area 51. It's fun, exciting, and really a thrill. Real rush! Definitely recommend! You can drive in gate shuts right, then they got another gate, put in code, gate opens! In and out. Awesome!

I went to A-1 Storage today to inquire about a locker situation and the customer service I received from the two young ladies working there was “top-notch”. It is one thing to have a good secure storage unit, but that along with great service makes it that much better.

Had my storage unit for 24 years with A-1. Never had any problems. Paid my rent on time, they never had any issues with me nor me with them. Just recently emptied out my unit.
