Would not rent here leaking roof and loose rubber on floor and on side unless you want you stuff ruinedike my stuff was!!

If you need to rent a parking space DO NOT use the kiosk!!! Just go to the office on Ore Mill for Christ sake. Wasted an hour of my day.

I, among many others apparently, had my storage unit broken into. When I told management, they knew as soon as I said my unit number that it was off camera. Why they wouldn’t add more cameras to cover more of their property I have no idea. If you have no other options than this place, make sure you get renters insurance. The insurance that comes with the unit only covers a tiny fraction of what myself and others lost because of the negligence of management. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is a class action lawsuit against this place.
