ATTENTION GRABBING !!!YOU CANT ALWAYS BELIVE WHAT YOU READ ,THIS IS MY OPINION based on my experience, This particular, facility is fantastic , the manager is great about accommodating my individual needs , I work wild hours long hours , on top of the stress of moving, packing all of our belongings up moving them to a unit for the time being is frustrating enough on its own , but this manager has been amazing about allowing me to come in after hours,( once in awhile) as long as I call in first , in the beginning I was, just for lack of better word ,kind of sneaking or intruding my way in after hours , dropping off or picking up ,and then leaving ,He called me on it immediately ,and on a few other infractions,that the manager was patient with, when he didn't have to be ,when he confronted me it was not in a confrontational or Superior way but just a matter of fact these are the rules there black and white ,and then accommodated my specific needs, it showed me right there that this facility has a manager that cares about each and every individual customer , The price is also Fair ,competitive for the Tucson area ,it's very clean, well cut ,I have never had any issues with security ,or with any of my belonging being tampered with ,I trust that when I leave my unit I will return to it in the exact same condition with all my belongings intact exactly where I left them, I was reading a few other reviews and I can't believe that they are speaking about the same place that I've been a patron at for a few months now at I have not seen any of the complaints that I have read about all in all I gave it five stars and I will be recommending this storage facility to anybody who asks my opinion

Rented a storage unit for a few months while between houses. The staff were always very polite and hours worked well for us. One of the perks they don't advertise very much is you get to use their moving truck for free if you stay more than 3 months. It is by no means a glamorous vehicle, but hey, it's free. Another great thing was when we moved out we forgot to let them know. Staff noticed the lock was off our unit and nothing was inside. They called to make sure everything was OK and absolutely no pressure to try and stay. Overall it was a great experience. Extra plus that it is a local family business.

I wouldn't rent from any other storage facility! Talk about going above and beyond -- Holly (the manager) is your girl. She is always friendly with a smile on her face and in her voice! I rent a storage unit and parking spot and I live out of state part of the time. I never worry about my belongings. I have called in and she always makes sure I am taken care of and helps me out. 5 STARS 🌟

Really well run storage operation. The entire complex is kept clean, and also well lite at night for security reasons. My unit was immaculate inside and it came with a free "bolt cutter proof" security lock. And Holly the office manager was a pleasure to deal with, and had the paperwork completed, with copies to me, as soon as signed up for my unit. With very competitive prices, quality operation and convenient location, and along with a friendly and professional office manager, make this Family Storage on Valencia a total 5 star winner.

The property is nice and spacious for me to park my trailer. Anytime I have called or needed anything, Holly has been nothing short of awesome. Great staff and great location, I couldn't be happier. Rates are affordable too!
