DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY STOLED MULTIPLE THINGS AT DIFFERENT TIMES, MANAGEMENT HAS CAMERAS BUT THEY DON’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, THEY PROBABLY ARE THE ONES WHO STEAL SINCE THEY AREN’T WILLING TO DO ANYTHING, NOT EVEN SHOW YOU CAMERA FOOTAGE😂 so practically if you ever are in need of any sort of equipment just come to this place and snatch it, they won’t do anything about it🥴

Real secure, been there 1 month, $500 touch screen car stereo w/navigation ripped off, police said they have cameras but no lighting! Renter beware

Good spot with friendly staff. Been here about a year with no issues. 24 hr access. Harder to enter from the East due to train tracks. Could use a little updating but overall I am happy with it.

They raise their rates consistently every single year now. $10 increase every year. They do NOT return calls or email since they were bought out 4 years ago by another company. We started at $90 a month and are now at $132 per month 5 years later. Other than the price increase and lack of communication the place is well secured and so far no issues.

Customer service is superb! The manager, Mike, was very informative and helpful in getting us set up with a storage space. He was quick and efficient in doing all our paperwork. Lot is clean and well kept. Looking forward to keeping our boat at this establishment.
