Not much integrity. If you pick this place for the so-called deals they offer, you need to make sure they honor it because they don’t seem to have the integrity to do so. My fault though for not bringing it up when I noticed I didn’t get the 1/2 off for the first two months instead of one. Sometimes you need to test a company to see if they are honorable and worthy of your business. Nowadays, that is very hard to find. Someone mentioned the entering and exiting issue. I went to the unit after hours and did use the keypad for entry and when I tried to exit, the gate was not working properly. Thankfully, there was someone on the outside and they used the keypad to let me out. I wonder what their reaction would have been to that if I called and said I couldn’t get out?
