Their gates never work nobody’s ever working in the office they don’t really care about their customers. I rented in there for a long time and people are breaking into stuff and stealing stuff and nobody cared. Their cameras don’t work. Be careful renting here.

Im deeply saddened to find out the lovely new management is gone. She was always so kind, always going up & above to ensure I was happy with my unit/services. That couple was so so caring and I gotta be VERY honest… it’s been quite some time since I’ve been treated with that much respect & care from management at AAA. Ugh. Now, I’m sure it will be back to office NEVER open and being talked to like utter trash. IF anyone knows how I could reach them I’d appreciate it!! Really would love to speak to them & ensure they are doing well like they so valiantly did for me and my family….. Sincerely, ….Long time tenant that will be gone soon. Truly thought things would be changing for the better. Lord! Was so hopeful🥺☹️😣 Be VERY aware of what you are getting into, ALSO!! do not use the covered RV/car parking lot there are still no working gates nor cameras 🎥…

VERY LITTLE OR ZERO SECURITY FOR THE RVs storage.....My RV had the CAT. CONVERTER stolen out of it :( to the tune of $2450.00 !!! The staff , while polite , takes ZERO responsibility....No staff members are there keeping an eye on the lot , the lot is dark (night time) easy to break into , and I do not think there are ANY CAMERAS on the lot. Thats all , I will be leaving shortly.

Place is a dump. Live an hour away. 1st time down with my truck loaded, the entry code given, would not work. Wasted trip. 2nd time down, there was a lock on my assigned unit. Was there during office hours. Door locked, phone not answered. Luckily I ran into the property manager going into a back door She gave excuses as to why the entry pad wasn’t working & why there was a lock. I asked if they had a cart or dolly. Of course the answer was no. Any other storage facility has this amenity. So, I would’ve had to make about 30 (one way)trips down 2 long corridors. She said she had a dolly that I could possibly use, near her office, but never heard from her again. The trash in the parking lot & in the facility was unbelievable. Needless to say, I left, found a cleaner, more professional storage facility that had accessible & helpful staff and a larger unit at a lower price. Unbelievable!

This place deserves no stars. The rent has gone up every single month I've had it and multiple times I've had no access to my storage. There's always people here living out of their cars and the build is constantly full of trash. No hand trucks or carts no security either doors are constantly left open except mine of course when I need to get into my storage unit.
