Leslie was amazing & made the storage unit leasing process seamless. After inquiring about moving services for a few large items in my apartment, she provided me with a moving service offering discounted rates to AAAA customers. My 10×15, temperature controlled unit was clean & easily accessible, as expected. 7/1/22: Having utilized AAAA in both Richmond & VB, they remain the go-to for all my storage needs. Their fees are competitive, if not the most affordable (per square foot) at the Oceanfront ... the reason units are in short supply at the location I'm currently leasing from. If I missed a payment date, intentionally or unintentionally, they've worked w/ me while keeping an open line of communication, waiving late fees to help me out.

We were looking for a solution to a problem of an epic hordes household, we needed a place to keep some stuff we like a lot but don’t need and also a new outpost to make a camp and sort through some stuff we need to get rid of. We rolled around looking for a storage facility and everything was so small and way out of our monthly budget. We decided to try the internet to search and it was no contest. We found this aaaa self storage close to us with two available units large enough for us and also in our price range. We called up and talked to Aaron who even though he was very busy that day and it was very hot out took the time to show us the units and was able to work with us. He was super cool, very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable about the storage units and his competition and he kept it real and we were able to get just what we wanted for half of what his competitors were asking. We are very happy! Thank you AAAA and Aaron!! You rock!!! Keep our junk safe! By the way it is a very safe place, good security, no body is getting in there who doesn’t belong. No bodies getting your stuff. It’s safe. Thank you for everything!!! We are sold!
