We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this campground! Even before our arrival, someone was available to assist us over the phone, even during late hours. The owner is incredibly friendly and came directly to our site to handle the check-in process, which was so convenient. The campground is very well-maintained, offering everything you might need, all surrounded by beautiful nature. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-organized camping experience.

Love this small Park. No real amenities except 1 set of wash/dryers. It is just a short distance from town, but very quiet, with little to no traffic noise. Camp Host Eric was super friendly and helpful. Semi shaded spots. Great place to stay.

This park was beautiful! Small and quaint but most spots are easily accessible for big rigs. Sites are gravel, mostly level, there is a nature walk of about a mile, and a dog park. Sites were clean and most had a fire ring and barbecue pit. All for $24 a night $150 a week. This is a definite return spot.

We really enjoyed this park. It was quiet & the park host are super nice. We will definitely come back again. It’s a good central location for the area. The sites are gravel & pretty level. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because it’s gravel & not paved. This is the best gravel park we’ve stayed in.

Called a short time prior to departure in Arizona to see if space was available. Told that ample spots were open. Ask about the cost and was blown away. After checking all other parks in the area, this was the most reasonable. was informed that if the park office was closed when we arrived, just find the spots we liked and all other details could be handled later. Park was more than we expected. Close to all the towns, good restaurants close, and plenty of activities near by. Do plan to be back this summer for an extended stay. The couple that traveled with me could not believe the cost either. They look forward to returning also.

Very quiet park. We used it as a base camp to visit Avery Island and several of the local historic towns and heritage centers.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the park. It was a good rest stop for between job transfer. Host was accommodating. We asked her if we could pay the week after because we had to wait for our next job destination order. Thank you so much! Campground has full hook up and even has a dump station at the entrance. Very serene and peaceful. Clean and nice walk areas. Town itself is small but quaint. Try Shucks restaurant. Good music on weekends and nice place to meet locals. It’s not paved because you within nature. Only one suggestion from me. Cut some of the lower branches please for big and tall RV’s.
