Manager was a real piece of work trying to make my girlfriend feel like she was getting a deal when they gave her the wrong price for a storage unit. And would not give her money back when she overpaid the storage unit they charged her twice she did not overpay

I have been with Abby's for over a year. My father has been with them for years. My mother even stored with them. Some years ago I had a unit with them for a long time. I've always told people I know they were the best to go to. I've recently become very disappointed in their service. I've paid many times to have a balance to carry over to pay for future months. Sometimes over 200.00. They failed to carry over and pay for following months. They have charged late fees when I've had a positive balance to pay for future months. I just paid over 40.00 in fees and do not have an answer why. I recently have gotten over covid and was having a hard time figuring the numbers out. Due to the brain fog . I'm 47 years old and the kid that works there tells me to take my invoice home and figure it out with my friends. WHAT???? Disrespectful.I don't know if they have new ownership or what is going on but I have become increasingly disappointed with their service and do not really recommend them at the moment. It is a shame when when a business that has maintained a great reputation declines. I do not recommend this facility at this time. I'm sorry to say it.

They don’t have adequate cameras and the broke into my storage unit and I’m sure it was an ex employee working there cuz he was the only one around me when I moved in. Took no responsibility at all. My key wasn’t working for my lock and they wanted to charge me a $25 lock fee to cut it off! Worst storage place ever!

I have been here for the last 20 years but this last year the new management doug is terrible they wont let you in the gate until830 am the ad says 6 and they run u out at 5 pm harrassing you all the wsy lock you ibside the gates bad news

Dealt with twice in a few month span. First experience, great, so I returned! Second, not at all. Charged me for 2 days of usage on equipment/truck rental fee. I returned the truck 10 min after midnight, both times I used them. First one they didn’t charge for an additional day and second time they did charge me for an additional day. Doubled every fee, etc… if I’d known they would do that, I would’ve actually used the truck for the second day. Poor experience. If you want to be unfairly charged, come here.
