For the price, great deal. The manager is always there when he should be, makes sure the grounds are maintained. Price was very reasonable, price increases were known upfront and were not much. Did not have any problems with theft or shady characters. My only negative notes are that a lot of units have a lip or curb that make load in and out a challenge. Also the vermin problem is pretty bad, mice ate through a few items as well as urine and droppings everywhere. But, my unit was close to the forested area. Could explain part of the issue. Overall positive experience here and would rent from here before other places.

Not responsive to email or phone, you best go in person if you need anything, except there's often no one there during posted business hours. Leaving a message doesn't help either. Facility is very difficult to enter and exit with a trailer or large truck, and the main driveway has a steel drainage grate that is bent down to make a deep rut with sharp steel edges - watch out for your tires. Also, read the fine print on your contract, they will screw you over on every little clause, no recourse, you pay up, too bad for you.

We had stored our Bar-B-Que pit over there for over 5 years, and someone ran into the fence where the pit was stored, and hit it and broke the trailer. Came in one day to check on it, and it had meat on it where someone had been using it. They decided to pave the yard, and my husband was in the hospital, and he was told that it had to be moved. He told them to give him 2 hours, and he would get a flat bed truck to come, and get it. The truck was on it's way to get the pit, and the owner had already had it taken away to a yard in Oak Cliff. We had to pay for the truck that had come to get the pit, and pay to get it from the tow yard, and pay for another tow truck to get it from the tow yard. When it could have been tow from the storage to my house, and then back to the storage yard. That cost us almost $500.00. For something that would have cost us about $200.00. Plus they did not give us the information for the person that hit our pit, and broke the trailer, they just told us that the person did not have any insurance. I would not refer them to anyone I know. The manager is not a people's person. I work for the government, and deal with people each, and every day sometimes you have to work with someone, especially if the person tell you that they are in the hospital, and my husband has been in there over a month. It does not take much to have a heart. He was not asking him to move a mountain, just wait until the tow truck that was on it's way to get there. The was only 15 minutes away, when he had our pit towed off. I had to ear my husband cry in a hospital bed, because there was nothing that he could do.

My grandma lives real close to absolute self storage. And they were the first thought we had when a pipe burst and my mom's home and we needed a place to store a few rooms of her belongings while the repairs were happening. Mark was super knowledgeable and very helpful. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend!!!
