When I started here it was good, but this new management Is for the dogs. Changed rules without email or letter. You can never get hold of no one. This place has went to the dogs. Paying this month and out.

GOODLUCK EVER TRYING TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE THAT WORKS HERE!! I called all morning 9am-2pm and nobody answered, so I reserved my unit online because I can’t find a person who actually works here. Then I get a confirmation email from my reserved unit that has another phone number to call, I call that one and of course NOBODY ANSWERS. I’m already stressed about moving and this company is adding to the stress because I can’t get my storage information if there is nobody to talk to!!!! SMH I will update when and if they fix things and make this right

the customer service is great.They work with you in any way possible to get you the services you need.The guy even gave us a bottled ater because it was so hot outside.best storage ever and the price is cheaper than anyone else.

Real nice couple that works in office. Gonna hate to c them lv. Place is a little to expensive for units size. But hours fits my schedule. Hope I won’t be here but a couple months. Even processing fee is double from other storage places. Waisted time on app because it doesn’t work at all,my door is loose upon rental of unit the man noticed it but hasn’t repaired it. It is a clean place. But again to expensive over other units in same area same size
