over ran by the homeless! I ended my stay with them a year ago, left some things to throw away in my unit however, now over a year later I get an email out of the blue saying that they have been charging me this whole time and my bill is over $2000+. No way! I spoke to the manager before my last day there letting her know I would be leaving. I haven't received an email regarding any over due charges until this month, a year later, even though they claim they have sent one every month since. It's not true at all! Now they want to throw some bill at me for over $2000. Yeah right! I told them to send me copies of the emails they say they e sent me between them and now. They won't be able to I guarantee it! I haven't ever used my gate code since then either. Plus my car broke down one day inside the gates of the facility, the office was closed and when I emailed them the next day the manager said they had it towed! I'd say find some other place that's not worth the drama.

I've had a good experience here so far the office staff Wendy and Jen are professional yet friendly and understanding of circumstances they accommodate as much as they can to help make the move and experience as easy as possible. They have a fork lift that can be used to help with heavy items if you pack your items on pallets Tracy the the grounds keeper is on top of everything and he is helpful with anything you may need to make the move go smooth and the security at this place is new up to date voltage fencing all around as well as cameras that cover the entire property two employees live on site and walk around to ensure security as well. This place used to be 24 hrs and lots of different rules but now it's only 24 hrs for business that can provide a business Linc. Number when you sign your lease. There is a light fixture in all the units and maintance is well kept in and out side the units always. Most units are drive up and for the price it's well worth it for all you get here.

The office staff is great and will help you with any questions you have. Terry the grounds keeper is a really great guy, I see him working on the property after hours and maintaining it really clean and tidy. Not once have I see a rat or any kind of pesticides in my unit or on the grounds. I love the fact that Security cameras are everywhere.
